I checked in at 3:30 Saturday, March 9th and the young man at the front desk was courteous, and answered my questions (shuttle, walking distance restaurants, coffee hours). He is an excellent ambassador for this hotel! Good hiring, and I know how hard it is to find, train and keep excellent staff… 47 yrs experience. Tom Moser

There was an issue checking in my mother, whom we had purchased a room for close to our home. The person at the front desk left my mother standing there while I had to drive to the hotel to deal with the issue. He told me to call *******, and ******* told me to deal with the hotel. I was told ******* never added my mother's name to the reservation, so they would not check her in. Also, they would not cancel the reservation so my mother could check herself in. Overall, the stay was fine, but it started out frustrating when we were trying to make everything easier by getting a space for my mother to comfortably stay the night. (My mother is in her 70s)

Room was clean and quiet (except for infrequent planes overhead). Breakfast was sparse. The fitness facility has one Peloton that works and a recumbent bike and elliptical machine that were there apparently for decoration as they were completely non-operational. No weights or weight machines. No hand sanitizer and nothing to clean the one operational machine. I specifically picked this hotel for the fitness center so I would have a place to Workout.

Loved the hotel ! Friendly staff , shuttle to and from hotel to airport very helpful .Being able to leave my car while gone very heldful

I was so satisfied with my stay the property was clean. The beds were clean & comfortable. The staff was nice. This was a great hotel all around!

Clean and comfortable. We had a room over the lobby so a lot of noise from car doors opening and closing, bus backup siren during the night, car stereo sounds.

Their airport shuttle is available from 4am which was wonderful as getting a cab or Uber at that hour is nearly impossible for my 6am international flight. They are less than 10 minutes from the passenger drop off point.

Staff was friendly. Hotel a little old but clean. Room very confortable and breakfast up to expected standard. Few details though, no cup for coffee in the room, no glass for water. They advertise as a destination charger for EV but there's only one charger. It was from a third party and it was not working. I finally had to go to a Tesla Supercharger to get a recharge.

Not so good. The room we stayed was not up to part for the money I paid. Broken door stopper, tub clogged while taking shower, water did not go down the drain and probem with flushing the toilet.

This was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The quality of the facility decor, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the kindness and efficiency of the staff…. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable, safe and content. The location is terrific with a great selection of stores and restaurants close by. Five stars!!!

The staff was nice rooms comfortable and breakfast was good! Suggestion wash the windows of lobby! So pretty with all Moms but cloudy looking out from Lobby.

Everything was great. But hard to maneuver the parking lot as they were working on it.

No rooms were available !!! And they gave me three rooms to open where they had people already

Lawn well mowed, abundance of trees and flowers - very welcoming. Would liked to have seen a couple more benches to relax on out doors.
