We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The unique property (which requires/includes a fun ride in a golf cart for transporting your luggage) is only 7 months old so everything is new and modern. The views of Lake Como overall and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Chef Alessandro is super talented - - so much so - we chose to eat dinner at the hotel every night during our stay which is not something we’d normally ever do! Each night was a 5-star dining experience. The breakfast was also very good and the morning lake view from the dining room was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. We especially loved Diego, Colin and Giada. We felt like family there! Note: There is not much of a traditional town in Colonno - although the Greenway starts there which we highly recommend walking along to see many beautiful sights) and no ferry or bus service (in the off season of Oct) so having a car is super recommended in order to drive to the other Lake Como towns or take ferries across the lake.

The staff is fantastic and giving personal attention to each guest. The views are great and the property is fairly new.

Excellent modern accomodation with beautiful views of Lake Como from our large room. Comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Beautiful, intimate hotel with gorgeous views and a gorgeous pool! Right on the Greenway walking path. Would stay there again and highly recommend it!

This was the perfect first stop for our trip in Italy. It is in a beautiful location and so quiet and peaceful away from the huge crowds but close to dining. It was an easy drive from MXP. The rooms are clean and the staff is so helpful. We asked about a good place for dinner and they kindly made dinner reservations for us at the most wonderful la piazzetta. The views of Lake Como are absolutely incredible. If we get the chance to come back, we will definitely be staying here again.

I would never stay at this property again. Certain staff members are dishonest, they are careless with your property and damaged one of our belongings (which was very expensive), getting in and out of the horrible car park entrance to the hotel. They didn't show any goodwill after this incident, despite us reporting it straight away and providing video evidence of the damage. They showed no willingness to take accountability for their staff's actions. Therefore, I would avoid staying here, especially when there are so many other wonderful options in Como.

The staff were exceptional and the hotel was beautifully decorated and very modern. The pool was a great amenity to have in the Lake Como heat.

This hotel is nestled in the serene landscape of the Colonno region of Lake Como. It is unique in how peaceful and restorative the sense of the place is and how lovely and kind the staff and owners are. They saw to every detail of our stay and did it joyfully. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here our first night in Como while traveling for a friends wedding. When we arrived we had the perfect welcome, a deliciously fresh lunch and a recommended local wine. The dining area is encased in glass walls that are completely retractable - giving full view of the lake from every table. We spent the afternoon lounging beside the infinity pool (again the view is incredible). In the evening after dinner we retreated to the lounge overlooking the lights on the water with an equally wonderful local wine, played cards and talked into the night. In the morning, we walked into the charmingly idyllic local town which has a little waterfall running through it and the most timeless views of the Lake. We did not want to leave and will return for sure!
