Beware of this hotel! Stayed nearly 30 days here. Had over $2000 still unresolved Fraud charges on two of my cards used at this hotel. Was harrassed daily even when room had been paid in full. Double charged twice during the stay tying up much needed funds that took over a month to get credited and refunded! Police were called , ultimately forced to leave a night I paid $165 for! Waited hours at the desk. They would run my card so many times and have it flagged for fraud - forcing me into hours on phone held hostage in their lobby while I had to call my bank and fight to have fraud alert lifted. Door keys constantly not working in the middle Of the night. Pool room was freezing and pool dirty. The laundry had one working machine for entire hotel day and night. The printer was NEVER able to be used to print anything. The game Room we were not even told existed until 3 weeks after staying there. Then once we knew about it no one could find where the game controller and supplies were kept. Horrid nightmare experience!

I had an amazing experience at this location!

Pleasant stay, nice rooms, clean pool, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast.

It was awesome! Jason (i think that was his name) was awesome. And Aurelie was so awesome. She greeted us everytime and made sure we were taken cate of. Ot smelled so nice good. My son was even amazed at how good it smelled. So clean and what we expected by the photos. Definitely will stay there again when we come back. Only other thing, i was recently diagnosed diebetic, would love for more sugar free stuff in lobby or for breakfast. Just a thought.

We made a reservation on ******* months ahead of our trip. When we arrived we had to wait an hour and a half to find out that they did not have a room for us. I've spoken with Hilton, had to make another reservation at a location in Greenville, SC (1 1/2 hours away) at a premium rate so we had a place to stay that night, As of today, no credit has been issued for the rooms in Columbia. I need a credit issued as soon as possible

I see this hotel allows pets and my room was clean but every once in a while i could smell urine around the couch area, the toilet seat wasn't clean, the counter top by the refrigerator wasn't clean, and areas in the shower floor wasn't clean which looked like mold around the sliding shower door. Also the ceiling in the bathroom was pealing. I didn't want to complain since I was in town for my son's army basic training graduation.

Moving on a hot day in South Carolina. Tried to check in at 12:45 pm and was told there would be a $50 fee for early check in. I told them not worth it and cam back at 3pm. Other issue was mold like stains in shower. We decided to try Home 2 about 6 weeks earlier and it was so good we decided to make it our primary travel hotel but this experience has us returning to your competition.

I chose a non-smoking room, however, the person who used the room before me made it completely unbearable to stay in. So bad, that it woke me up multiple times during the night. I got home and I had clothes in my bag, that never left the bag, that I couldn't wear because the smoke stench was so bad. The worst part was that several of the towels were dirty, I had one towel that I wiped my face with, and I'm pretty sure someone had used that towel to clean their butt. I had to re-shower the stench was so bad. The overall hotel was nice, the staff was also very friendly, however, the room was less than desirable.

The girl at the front desk was so rude upon arrival with no smile or appreciation. She had an attitude as soon as we walked up to the counter. The room was disgusting. It smelled like a gym and the pillow cases smelled like they weren’t washed. It was awful. I’ll never stay at a home 2 suites again. There are too many other hotels to stay in. Not again
