Wish to compliment Caylen ( not sure of the spelling of her name) who has been friendly and kind to help us with our room bookings. With the new management led by Bob, we've seen lots of improvements too. You guys deserve a round of applause! Keep up the great job and we will certainly come back again.

This place was awful. It’s in a shady looking location, and there is trash everywhere outside with noisy people. The room was overpowered with the scent of cigarette smoke and stale sewer, after a while of breathing inside, my throat started to hurt. All objects felt sticky, including the remote and chair. The bed and blanket has stains on it. Toilet wasn’t stable. There was also a cobweb. You can constantly hear people outside.

Yes it was lovely everything was nice and neat. I enjoyed my stay at this location however I would like to prefer that they supply you more towels with your stay. And complimentary bottles of water.

The hotel is fine for the price which the housekeeping staff knew how to clean better

Location was convenient from interstate. That’s all of the good. Everything else goes down hill. Upon check in the room felt like a sauna at 1:10 AM. 1 hour in AC supposedly on full blast still sweating bullets. Called front desk to inform them of the AC issue(no resolution) the clerk came to the room felt the air and apologized for inconvenience. The 1912 window unit was putting out semi cool air so it worked.Insect infestation(roaches). Carpet disgusting, bedding frame and skirting looks like a scary movie scene. Microwave looks like Freddy and Jason murdered some animals 30 years ago. No attempt to clean or replace. Fridge needs to be defrosted and cleaned. The ice chest was a different color from whatever was previously spilled and not cleaned properly. I could go on and on about quality issues and the building needing some serious updating. Room 211 is in shambles and the property owner/manager should be ashamed. Especially after charging me $53.50 for stained sheets( coke cola wasted on their “off white”linen) the audacity. 0 out of 10 stars I would NOT recommend! The worse part is I didn’t even take pictures. However, I don’t want to be reminded of the disgustingness I had to experience.

There is new management on the property from when I would go before. Told me I was banned and I said ok that was cool I will leave and cancel my reservation and leave. Than said no no you can stay tonight just don't book us again. If I am banned you should have told me that before hand. Also, you should follow by the rules if I am banned than cancel the reservation. They are very confusing. Rules change every other day. The room was outdated. Seen a few roaches. I ended up just leaving early anyways. There continatal breakfast was ok just a waffle maker and cereal with spoiled milk. Just to confusing and to much drama.

It wasn't clean, strong cigarette and musty odor in room. Have to request towels as they weren't left at the room. Found out cleaning person smokes wile working. The staff wasn't friendly or attentive.

Terrible service. Locked out of my room, and had to wait over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged at front desk. Then while reprogramming key, steps away in continued conversation for another couple of minutes. A very simple task that I was forced to wait for close to 10 minutes. Then the key still doesn’t work because the battery in the door lock must be changed. A couple of days later, come back to the hotel only to have the whole entrance roped off due to holes in the pavement being filled, forcing me to drive on the grass. Get in hotel room, and the tv doesn’t work. Upon asking if other people are encountering issues, the replay from the desk worker was that he didn’t have a tv in his room. Asked al what could be done, the reply signaled absolutely nothing. Refused to stay for the remainder I booked because the service was that poor. Don’t fall into this trap. If I need to get a lawyer involved, I will. Still haven’t heard from the property manager. Terrible place to stay!
