まず第一に、私たちはロイヤル ハイダウェイで素晴らしい時間を過ごしたということから始めたいと思います。私たちは家族で 3 部屋旅行しましたが、スタッフは子供たちに素晴らしかったです。プール付きの部屋もあり、小さな子供たちにとってもとても楽しかったです。朝食とイタリアンレストランも強くお勧めします。非常に残念だったのは、出発後、空港送迎の料金が 115 ユーロであることを確認したにもかかわらず (電子メールで確認しました)、請求書からこれを削除し、代わりに 225 ユーロを請求したことに気づきました。これは正しくなく、私たちが確認したものでもありません。ゲストサービスに問い合わせたところ、タイプミスだと言われました。申し訳ありませんが、それはホテル側のミスであり、私のミスではありません。マネージャーのメールを求めましたが、Ricaurter González から OOO を受け取ったばかりで行き詰まっています。私たちは本当に素晴らしい滞在ができましたが、これで終わりは本当に憂鬱になりました。誰か助けてくれませんか？

1週間滞在しました。何も欠点が見つかりませんでした。スタッフの対応、清潔さ、設備は一流です。車の騒音のない静かなエリアにありますが、近くにはたくさんのおいしいレストランがあります。訪れる価値は十分にあります

私は家族と一緒に 2 ベッド スイートで 1 週間過ごしました。スイートへの最初の紹介は、岩に切り込まれた美しいホテルのロビーです。なんて美しい場所で、そこからさらに良くなりました。プール付きの 2 ベッド スイートは清潔で快適で、豪華な設備が整っており、非常に快適な大きなベランダが付いており、風よけに最適でした。私たちはいくつかの館内レストランで食事をし、地元の町、ラ・カレタでも食事をしましたが、すべて徒歩圏内にあり、すべての食事は美味しかったです。スイートのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーで、私たちのグループの1人が足の不自由なため、とても親切にしてくれました。複合施設全体は、身体に障害のある人にとって非常に適しており、私たちは複合施設内をすべて車椅子で移動し、庭園を通って地元の町まで曲がりくねった小道を下りました。ハウス内にはバギーもあり、現地スタッフが敷地内のどこにでも喜んで連れて行ってくれます。メインプールは巨大で、温度も高く、周りにはたくさんのベッドがあり、タオルは常に提供されています。素敵な子供用プールと赤ちゃん用プールもあります。何よりも素晴らしいのは、ファーストクラスの素晴らしいビュッフェ式朝食です。非常に上品にレイアウトされ、あらゆる食事の要件に合わせた素晴らしいメニューが揃っています。私たちは皆、去るのがとても悲しかったので、いつかまた戻ってきたいと思っています。ハスタ・ラ・ビスタ ！

Just returned from a 6 night stay and wanted to make a special mention for the amazing Justyna and the team at the Olivia restaurant. The breakfast was superb in a totally stunning location. It was a pleasure heading down to the Olivia each morning with such a wonderful selection on offer with perfect service. Would highly recommend making this a part of your stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites.

From arrival to departure everything about this hotel is luxurious and perfect. The staff can’t do enough for you and the rooms are immaculate. We never had to wait g do or a spot by the pool or a table for eating, the food is also excellent. We will definitely come back.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday, our 2nd visit to this hotel. All of the staff are very helpful and attentive. The stand out member of staff has to be Andres at the pool, he genuinely made a difference to our visit. He knew everyone’s name & looked after us so well from the minute we arrived at the pool to the minute we left. Please pass on our thanks. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by a fabulous selection of restaurants. We intend to return later in the year but I do think it’s worth mentioning that the roof top pool does need some attention. It would be such a shame to see this area deteriorate. The things that we noted were: . Cracked tiles .The decking next to the life guard is lifting .Numerous sunbeds need replacing as they didn’t recline properly . Some of the parasols have been replaced since our last visit but not all of them. The older ones looked worn out. .Speakers were missing from the steps leaving holes. We genuinely think the hotel is stunning but the roof top pool does need some TLC .

if you have a room on the 5th floor be aware if you want shade dont have the room 2524 there is no shade after 11am the balcony is unusualable if very hot the uv is 11 here at the moment and balcony unusualable for us till after 6pm. have asked for shade like an umbrella but hotel said unable to provide. Have asked for a room CHANGE hotel have said they can offer us a room on the family side 2nd level.we have paid for adults only 5th floor for the view. my husband asked of there are any rooms on 5th floor with more shade. eventually we got moved to room 2514 which has shade till 4.30 shame the hotel didn't forfil our request when we asked in Jan lots of time to sort room out. also if you are half board be aware you will have to pay for water with your meal which is more than a beer. its such a shame as breakfast is spot on free water even free champagne, cant fault the breakfast staff attentive, shame its not the same with evening meal wines really expensive as well. our house keeper jannett was brilliant as was luz our waitetress at evening meals dont think we will return untill they sort out the half board not value for money in my opinion

We stayed here with our 5 year old, the hotel is great. The room was brilliant with the full kitchen and the washing machines etc - works really well with kids. The pool was lovely - it was quiet so no issues getting a bed etc. We did use the kids club, the staff were great - it was very quiet due to not being school holidays but we expected that. We ate at a couple of restaurants including San Ho - lovely food and wine. Nice places to walk out for food - La Garto & Bloom were both really good and I would recommend. We hired a car too so drove out some days. Nice beach area too. Overall a lvoely relaxing stay - thank you!

This was our 8th visit staying at Corales suites. It just gets better and better and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of coming here. One thing which is a must especially if you are a repeat visitor. Join the loyalty program called MyBarcelo. The more times you stay at a Barcelo property the more perks you receive. For example we are now at the highest level and received a bottle of champagne, macaroons and chocolate covered strawberries, jars with sweets and nuts and soft drinks stocked in fridge. Also we receive 20% off whatever we spend at the hotel. Also I’d like to mention Andreas the pool attendant who every visit remembers all of us and is the most amazing staff member who treats everyone at the pool with such attentiveness. Looking forward to returning in October.
