Super Hotel

We went for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and it was unbelievable; on the third day we had an inconvenient with our neighbors but the hotel gave us a room upgrade and the other room was simply wordless AWESOME; the personal unbelievable friendly, nice and ALWAYS willing to help and not even talk about the food; everything was so delicious and fresh; plus you have many many different choices every day; we booked the half pension (breakfast-dinner) and it was more than perfect. They have 3 different pools (kids, only adults and the biggest one kids and adults together). Life music every day while you rest on the pool and drink the amazing cocktails 🍸. A very highly recommended Hotel!!! Top Top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Entertainment finished at 11pm on a Saturday. Staff are very slow and all seem to be relivavely new. Not even aware of all the amenities available at the hotel. Towels got removed from sunbed by another resident after leaving for half an hour to check in. Security did a great job to resolve the issue but left a bad taste none the less. There is nothing around the hotel entertainment wise so they need to up their game for the on site musicians etc. The biggest pool is also not fresh water which was a bit disappointing. Drinks were awful for the price. Will not be back.

Great rooms, they really are unique in design. The breakfast buffet services all 3 towers, so gets really busy, but has a fantastic selection. My one gripe about the hotel is that they set the air conditioning temperature in your room to just below what is comfortable, and you can not change it. This is because they have a portable air conditioning menu that they can sell you at surcharge. If a hotel has air conditioning they definitely shouldn’t need to sell you an alternative option in my opinion. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world and this is the first time I’ve been told I’d have to hire a different unit to cool my room! The cost for this is up to €20 per night, depending on which option you pick. There are 3 pools and plenty of beds. We travelled in June/July and did not struggle to get seated. This was a pleasant surprise. There is a cab rank outside the hotel, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. In Tenerife Taxis are cheaper than Uber, and any other pre booked services we could find. So we used the airport taxi service rather than organised transfers. This cost around €45 from TFS to the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel. But if you are travelling in the height of summer, just be mindful that your air conditioning may not be adequate.

Hotel slightly out of the way so not much around it. Kids club was super amazing! Lovely bunch of people (and we don’t normally use a kids club)

Loved the Hard Rock Hotel. Our suite was huge, breakfasts were plentiful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The staff were always on hand and were helpful when they were needed. There is not much by way of restaurants nearby so a car is very useful to get around.

The hotel is excellent, the pools the staff the vibe of the hotel is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel. There is a few restaurants around the hotel and small bars. We were there for 4 nights, we were breakfast only at the hotel so we tried 2 restaurants locally. We did enjoy both restaurants but the other 2 nights we caught a bus outside the hotel to costa Adeje 2 euro each and a taxi back approx 16-18 euro. There is the option of going all inclusive and stay the duration of your stay at the hotel, but we prefer to eat out somewhere different every night. We would definitely come back and stay again.

It is a very nice hotel, however very expensive for what you get and not that special if you compare with other Hotels.
