街からは少し離れていましたが本当に清潔で素晴らしい体験ができました。ホテル最上階からみる夕陽がとてもきれいで一生の思い出になりました！ サウナがあるので水着を持っていかれることをおすすめします。

The Valparaiso Palace is a charming hotel with delightful staff who are friendly attentive and helpful. Whether greeting you on your arrival, down in the lower pool area or up in the restaurant and bar area, all are equally welcoming and ready to help with whatever you would like. As with other guests I spoke to, this was a return visit for us and we enjoyed the gardens and pools in particular when our family joined us. We had several spa treatments and they were first class.

ホテルは清潔で新鮮でした.......食べ物は平均....しかし、それはそれについて唯一の良いことでした!バスが狭い道でホテルにほとんどアクセスできないため、最初から道路の底に降りられ、どこへ行くのかわかりませんでした。荷物を持って上り坂にドラッグする準備をしてください。主にドイツ人またはオランダ人のゲストで、スタッフは英語が非常に下手で、私たちの質問の半分を理解していませんでした!受付の紳士はとても急で失礼で、まったく役に立ちませんでした。利用可能なアメニティについては何も言われず、部屋にも情報はありませんでしたが、これは良くありませんでした!プールは3日間油が滑りやすく、寒すぎて泳げなかったようで、屋内プールがどこにあるかはわかりませんでした。部屋は小さかったが、バルコニーはさらに小さく、ガラス張りなので高所恐怖症の場合は良くなかった!一晩中バズが鳴ったヒューズボックスはうるさく、定期的にオンオフするエアコンも目を覚まし続けました。プールバーでは少量の飲み物を提供しましたが、ほとんどはメインバーから送られなければならず、料金を支払うことができませんでした。部屋のタブに追加され、人を悩ませました。休日は、シェフが料理をしているのを見ることができると言っていましたが、その時に調理していたものを食べた場合にのみです!!このホテルは与えられた4つ星の評価が不足していました。私たちはより良い3つ星ホテルに滞在しました。英語の旅行者にアドバイスします。滞在するのにより良い場所があるので、他の場所を見つけてください!!

大人専用プールの近くの素晴らしい部屋にアップグレードされました。このホテルのすべてが一流です。史上最高の朝食、屋上レストランでの夕食も完璧です。レセプションとバーでのサービスは素晴らしいです。掃除は絶対に完璧でした。快適なベッドと完璧なクリーミーなコントロール、そして壁の良好な隔離は、私たちに完璧な睡眠を与えてくれました。スーパーマーケットの近くの良い場所とビーチまで徒歩8分。
