キリヤード コム ラヴィル - セナール(Kyriad Combs-La-Ville - Senart)

Seul problème : les écoulements des chambres du dessus qui passent par les chambres du dessous et qui font énormément de bruit surtout la nuit quand des gens prennent leurs douches à pas d’heures on dirait qu’il pleut dans la chambre.

Il s’agit d’un bon hôtel, empli de tranquillité. Un hôtel que je conseille

Comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located. Decent breakfast choice.

It is not in a very beautiful surrounding, but conveniently close to a couple of restaurants. Breakfast is a bit poor. But the smiling receptionist Melissa is balancing all downsides to this hotel

Great staff, very clean. Not a lot of amenities nearby.

I have to fight with staff for breakfast I paid for it. The front lady said you will come down jn the morning at the café to get your breakfast as long as you have your 5 items. I come down and the kitchen lady has to stop me from picking food in front of everyone( what an embarrassment) she said you are not supposed to eat here since you have a special plate. Your breakfast supposed to be served in your room. I said that not what I was told. She treated me like I was there to steel food. I was so embarrassed I decided not to come down anymore. When I complained to the front people they start fighting with me like I was lying. No one apologize. I’m asking for my money back since I paid breakfast and have never had a chance to eat it. Big désappointement

The first impression was great! Nice personnel, they where helpful while doing the checkin. Our room was bigger then expected, and it was clean. However... we didn't like our stay. The room was very warm and the climate control couldn't cool it down. The window was blocked by the curtain's, so opening it for a few centimeters would mean the curtain must be opened as well. Next to that, this hotel seems to be used by people who arrive late (or depart realy early)and don't care for other guests . We kept hearing slamming doors and other thuds and noises. It kept us from sleeping almost the entire night. Early in the morning the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in the room...
