The hotel is in the center of Old Town so it is easy walking to shopping, restaurants, and the ferry. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are small and the shower is 2 x 3 feet and slippery when wet so stand still and shower. Breakfast was included and a very good selection of breads and pastries. Overall, the bed was comfy and the room and hotel were very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean (but small) modern rooms (nice size bathroom for size of room, though) in a great location, walkable to all of Como. It only has like 12 rooms so not overcrowded. Cute little bar area and outside are with a couple tables to enjoy an espresso and people watch. Front desk was helpful, helped us book ferry tickets when we were confused and looked some other things up for us. Included breakfast was delicious. No complaints whatsoever!

We enjoyed the 73 Boutique Hotel. It's very well located within the town of Como, just a few blocks from the lake. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave us two great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were very small however. Very small. We had a courtyard view but the rooms could have been a bit larger. The only other negative was that due to an unannounced rail strike we had to leave a day early. we had overstayed past checkout by two hours and had to leave to catch a train. The hotel didn't offer us any rebate or discount on our last night. They certainly didn't have to but it would have been a nice thing to do and would have generated a better review.

Really good stay. About 15 min walk from train station. Our room was attractive, clean & comfortable, with a great bed, convenient outlets for charging phones, good storage space, nice bathroom. Breakfast (included) is very good, especially breads & pastries. Staff is first rate--friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing and has a cool, artsy feel. It is located right in the core of Como and super convenient to attractions, the ferries and train station. The rooms are unique, clean and modern and offer nice amenities such as free sparkling and still water, bathrobes and slippers. It is a small hotel so the staff know you and very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Modern city center hotel, great location, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Only one thing we didn‘t understand. We didn‘t realize that check out time is already at 11am (most hotels we have been it was usually at 12am, so someone from the staff came up to the room, we immediately rushed and went for check out and they charged us 30 EUR. Of course they can but it wasn‘t really guets friendly because it was obviously a missunderstanding and not a late check out on purpos. Everything else was very nice at the hotel.

clean, lovely small hotel just off one of the main shopping streets in the old city. Great location, lovely breakfast, modern smart rooms, lovely helpful staff. really enjoyed it.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Como. Our stay included free breakfast which included amazing restaurant quality options. Stayed in Blue Room on ground floor. The room was a good size and it had an outdoor private patio seating area. Might not be the best room for light sleepers as the room is near the restaurant kitchen and storage areas and the noise from staff accessing those areas travels into the room. However if you’re a light sleeper just choose a room on a higher floor and you won’t have a problem. Overall great stay with warm staff and an unbeatable breakfast. Will stay again next time in Lake Como.
