Refreshing Atmosphere, Beautiful Rooms (-) Humidity but that comes along w/being in PR! Bedding was delightful. Upgrades/Details/Decor was AAAA+++

We went to booked the small boutique hotel for my bachelorette and WOW it did not disappoint. The location was prime and walking distance from the beach and amazing restaurants. The hotel is newly renovated so the hotel rooms were very spacious and vibey! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked! BUT to be honest, the reason our stay was beyond my expectation was the staff! from the moment we walked in Hector greeted us with open arms!!! He gave us the low down of the island, safety tips, and restaurant recommendations! We had an issue with our shower and he was there is literally 5 minutes! By the end of the trip he was our best friend! I can’t recommend this place enough to my fellow travelers! We will be back!!!

This hotel provides you the comfort, privacy and convenience while also being quiet and secluded. Located one block off Condado Beach, there are multiple restaurants and cafes. The rooftop pool is cool!!!

Beach chairs and umbrellas come complimentary with your stay, and the beach is only a block away! Close to everything! We really enjoyed our room, it offered privacy and convenience at the same cost as other nearby hotels. The pool was beautiful and the ambiance throughout the hotel is inviting! I highly recommend staying here! Juan was also the best concierge ever - accommodating and friendly, very helpful, he also always made sure we were having a great time.

Our stay at HiBird was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. The rooms are large - accommodating both a crib and pack n play - comfortable and clean. The thick window glass blocked out noise from the street (we were in the front in the 2nd floor). Would definitely recommend.

From beginning to end the service was excellent! We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Juan (who was the best!) gave us recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We reserved a 2 bedroom and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous!! Very spacious accommodations for my family of 6. The location is 10/10! Walkable to many eating and drinking spots.

The penthouse room was gorgeous with an excellent view. Rooms weee spacious and loved having the hot tub close. The service was excellent too. My only complaint was that the air conditioners broke a couple of times (they were promptly fixed), and the showers had little water pressure and it wasn’t very hot. Otherwise, would stay again.

We loved our stay at HiBird. The place was clean, well taken care of and had plenty of places to eat right in the area. We interacted with the doormen, Juan and Joshua, quite a bit and I can’t express how wonderful they were. They were always helpful and were so kind to our kids that have LOTS of questions. The grab n go convenience store downstairs was also a great resource.

Stayed at eh HiBird for the first time but will not be the last. Location is perfect. The room spacious and clean. The staff was lovely and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect, including an ocean view.
