Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

A stunning oceanfront property, charging five hundred dollars per night for a room, with a mandatory minimum stay of three days, might seem reasonable at first glance. However, the lack of a window in the room, creating an a**osphere akin to being in a basement, was a major disappoin**ent. After enduring just one night, I decided to leave. It's incredibly frustrating that nowhere on their website is it mentioned that the room lacks a window; it's listed as "garden side." This feels like nothing short of robbery.

This is the best hotel in all of Puerto Rico!!! I came to San Juan to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. I usually opt for all inclusive resorts so I was very skeptical on how convenient staying at a hotel would be. OLV did a great job with providing everything that you need at the hotel, and giving a luxury experience. The customer service from arrival was up to par! Thanks to Natalia, all of our questions were answered and she made us feel like VIP anytime we walked through the door. Please be sure to book this hotel, and ask for Natalia to enhance your stay. Would love to experience this all over again!!

O:L.V. Condado Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing, beautiful and a delight to stay at. The Room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The 2 restaurants provide amazing food and drinks.
