優點：位置好，離地鐵站近，周圍有3-5家便利店及超市；房間很暖和，有贈送花及巧克力；廚具及廚房設施齊全；有洗衣機及乾衣機 缺點：服務型公寓，一週衹打掃一次（額外打掃需付費）；衹提供了適用於健身/游泳的人字拖；垃圾需要自己打包及扔垃圾；洗浴間很小，並且是由布簾隔開；早餐衹提供點餐且選擇比較少

I/we enjoyed a lot our stay in Charlottehaven. Our stay was a mix of work and family. Nicely located in a new Copenhagen area, easy accessible by underground and train. Meny for shopping is close; and if you are a fan of Danish Pastries, Juno just around the corner. Parking was a good perk. I completely recommend *****

I just spent 2.5 weeks staying at Charlottehaven as I've relocated to Copenhagen. Overall the experience was really good with a lovely studio apartment (includes majority of what you'll need), good location (close to metro and train plus walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores), and great team of people to support the stay. My only comment is if you're staying for awhile is that they only clean once a week, don't provide all the basics you'd need for cooking, and don't refill anything (a bit surprising considering the cost of the place). However, the space is lovely and would recommend.

Loved our stay at Charlottehaven. Facilities are amazing, staff a re friendly and the aparthotel suite we stayed in perfectly suited our needs. Will happily return

The photos aren't accurate. The cool wood treatments seem to be in a different bldg. We were also put in a bldg that isn't the one they advertise with the windows popping out. Our rooms didn't have AC and were warm. Nice staff and fine rooms, but the rooms were not as cool as I thought they were going to be. I feel a bit of bait and swtich.

Super friendly staff; clean apartment; good amenities. Only negative is that it's a bit far from the center of the city.

Lovely apartment in hotel setting. Would have given 5 star but no safe available. Very clean, everything you could possibly want including a washing machine. The swimming pool looked nice and the gym was very good.

We stayed in this hotel for three days from 23-26 March. The room was in the Tower, it was so spacious and super clean, huge bay windows made the room so bright and you can enjoy amazing panoramic city and ocean view! What a luxury! The kitchen essentials and cutleries are extensive and super clean like never been used. Just feel like a cozy new home! Breakfast at the hotel was also nice. My daughter enjoyed the little playground in the center garden so much! The gentleman ( sorry I didn’t check his name) in the reception was so nice and helpful, gave us many amazing tourism advice, and how to take trains or metros. I promised I would tell him my feelings after visiting the Frederiksborg Castle, but the next day because we had a lovely breakfast at our room so we couldn’t get a chance to talk to him at the reception. Feel so pity we also didn’t meet him on the checkout day….hope you can see my message here! We really enjoyed the trip to the castle, and the beautiful and peaceful little town….we wish we would stay in that historical little town a bit more time. The beautiful lake, the swans and the ducks, the gardens, and stunning Barque style castle! We also had a lovely lunch in the restaurant beside of the castle. Overall, we are so satisfied of our stay in the apartment hotel! One word to express: perfection. Highly recommend! You’ll never get disappointed! Hope we can come back one day!
