Hotel Arya is in a great location in Coconut grove , Miami. Hotel reception staff were helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Rooms were clean and spacious and hotel had a gym and swimming pool on the premises . Restaurants were in walking distance. Would most definitely return here on my next visit to Miami!
Good value for the money of you get a good deal. The main problem with the hotel is the maintenance. There are many things that are not working or in bad shape. There is only a microwave fot the whole hotel and most of the ice machines are not working. Buffet and parking are expensive but long term parking is a good deal.
(or remove them completely because you really don't need that much low end for a restaurant/bar that had all 4 people at a Saturday night at closing time). そうでなければ you'll probably get more angry off reviews like this from customers in those rooms.
KKaylia SA few weeks ago, me and my entire family got stuck at the Miami International Airport well after midnight. We called Marriott and booked 3 rooms. However, when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked. The guy at the desk I think his name is Rohan, the Jamaican guy. He was very understanding and friendly. He explained to us how an error like this may have happened and did what he could to accommodate us while we tried to find another hotel. He even gave us a case of water while we waited and help us get a cab. He also canceled the reservations without charge for us. We’re happy about that. A few other persons came in after us that was in the same situation, some wasn’t as understanding as us, but he did very well with handling the situation. Please figure out why we were able to make new reservations if the hotel was fully booked. It’s frustrating for guest and I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for staff.
I stayed here because it was boat show weekend and everything was incredibly expensive. I paid $225 and felt abused by it. Having no real option I made the best of it and in all honestly the hotel was not a bad hotel. It is old and tired and in need of some updating, but the front desk guy was helpful and friendly; the rooms were clean and everything worked. A/C was noisy but that seems to be Miami's thing. Had I paid less I would have been happier. It is a little isolated, although I was able to take a 20 minute walk to Starbucks. and passed McDonalds and a few eating places along the way. Lots of students walking around, so obviously its close to a Miami University campus. I would go back, at a push.
