With over 90 guests from all over the world, we enjoyed our Family Reunion at Charleville Park Hotel. The service we received was exceptional. Special thanks to Ann-Marie in Events department for making the booking process very smooth. The staff in the bar and restaurant were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and food was delicious

Nice staff across the board Food was very good in the evening and breakfast also. Not four star. Mattress old. Leisure Centre changing rooms, showers and toilets were off the charts filthy dirty, broken and smelt horrendous. I don’t have a germ phobia at all and am not a princess, but it gave me the ick and I was appalled. The mould on the shower walls was easily removable if they were ever cleaned, as was the thick slimy mould around the base. Steam room equally dirty and not even working. Genuinely shocked that anyone would go there and expose their body to the filth.

We went for carvery lunch today... I reached for a tray fine next one was dirty so input it to one side... the blonde girl on the till came over and placed it back on the track of trays which I will say need to be dumped as they're all chipped there since day one ...I know cos I cleaned them many a time....worked here for 8 yrs..... the lunch we got was lovely filled the gap as they say but only lukewarm which was a shame.... plenty of staff on but very quiet for a Sunday lunch....havnt been here for some time ... and it hasn't changed

Check into the room, there was a hole in the throw at the bottom of the bed. The handle in the window was falling off. When for a shower then it was going from hot to cold. I opened the drawer for the hair dryer it was full of hair. We went for food then, the food was good, bar staff was nice. Next morning we went for breakfast, we waited over 30 mins for our breakfast to come down even do the restaurant was very quite. We both ordered scrambled egg with hash brown and rashers. When it eventually arrived we got two bowls of scrambled egg and poached egg and hash brown on one plate. We said we didn't order this and the waiter say ye will have this. I said no we order rashers and hash brown. She insisted we take it. We asked for a manager. She said she was very sorry and we would be compensated . We check out, the manager told us it didn't go through in fist transaction. It went through second time we check the receipt it said €40We found out later that evening we had been charged 20. We rang for them to say this and she said she charged us 20 by mistake. But the breakfast was 10 each so that why we got 40 back. Alot of mistakes, by Alot of staff and noone taken responsibility if you ask me.

Room was perfect for out halfway point for the munster all black games. Staff a dream to deal with. Only caught quick swim before had to got ready to leave. but Be back soon with more time to sample the hotel with no time restrictions 5****' colin

Everything about this hotel was First Class. Pool area in particular was brilliant. Parking, Breakfast, Service all you would expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Room was spacious, with separate Bath and Shower Cubicle. Will most definitely visit again.
