Residence Inn Corpus Christi

棉被潮濕睡起來不是很舒服

I have stayed at several different Residence Inn before and always like convenience of having a full kitchen w/my stay that is why I chose this option. But this stay was not quite as satisfactory as I would have like. I put on my ******* that i wanted to pay there at hotel but before we could even check out they already had charged our card. The room also did not have cable, when we called maintenance advised that changes were taking place and they were sorry that we were not informed ahead of time. So all they had was Antenna access channels....That is not at all Okay- But after you are there what can you do .

Staff is very friendly and helpful and made check-in a breeze. Rooms and building need an update, it isn't terrible, simply outdated. Easy access to property from the highway, central to shopping and dining. Had an issue with the television at the fault of the provider and not the hotel. Daniel, maintenance personnel, was very helpful with getting the issue sorted out and has an awesome demeanor, made us feel like it was his pleasure to help us out rather than it being an inconvenience. Next time we stay out that way, we will be staying there.

Older property, needs a facelift. Because of the kitchenette I think some people lived there.

The place was a little run down and in need of renovating. The gym’s AC was broken so the entire room was a sweat box. I felt the need to go and purchase my own towels.

It was great to stay there. Excellent staff and breakfast was terrific. Surprised the pull out bed was so visible from the king bed. Noticed there was silverware only for two even thought we booked the room for three. Thanks so much, Randy

Great front desk service. Room was quite comfortable. Property in need of cosmetic treatment. Might start by removing the sheets of wallboard in the entrance to the building. Would be nice if the lock to the building's door worked too.

The personal was great but hotel needs an upgrade. Carper was torn and room smell.

Many things needed repair including the main front entrance to the hotel.
