Amazing hotel, our whole stay was fantastic, great pools and right in the centre! Would recommend

This was our 4th visit to H10 Ocean Suites, and it turned out to be the best ever! So why did we enjoy it even more than usual? Well, first of all we were allocated two rooms next to each other in a part of the hotel that is very convenient for all the facilities - a great start. Staff, whether Reception, Restaurant, Cleaners, Public Relations or anyone in fact, were friendly and helpful. In particular we were impressed with the restaurant at breakfast and evening meal. There was a wide range of food options, including a good selection of vegetarian and pescatarian choices - a massive improvement compared with our last visit. The vegetables were not overcooked and allowed me to enjoy a varied and interesting menu, unlike some other hotels. And the pizzas were fantastic! I was also impressed with the carrot cake which was available on several evenings - yum! We've always enjoyed the draught beer at H10 hotels, and the reasonable prices for a hotel bar. Although there was some building work taking place above the bar / reception area, it didn't create much noise and was actually quite entertaining ... So it was a great holiday with fantastic weather as always, offering a lovely break from the weather in the UK. Thank you to everyone at H10 Ocean Suites for making our winter holiday so memorable!

Stayed here for a week and it’s an excellent hotel. Check in by the lovely Zee was smooth even provided a glass of bubbly while we did the relevant paperwork and he booked me in for the onsite Italian restaurant. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. There is a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Two pools both have plenty of beds and poolside bar at both. Restaurant staff are friendly, food is good but does get slightly repetitive. I would go half board next time as loads of places to eat near by. Location is excellent 5/10 min walk to music square where there are bands on every night. Had an email the day before I traveled to advise there is maintenance going on at the hotel but you would not know as no noise etc and looks like they are building a roof bar. Cannot comment on entertainment as went out every night. Would definitely return to the H10, thank you.

What a lovely visit to H10 Ocean Suites, we were 7 adults and 4 children (all under 10). We booked 4 pool view suites on a B&B basis. On arrival Hadija was very helpful and during the visit so was Ze.l The rooms were perfect, spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. The breakfast was really good and had everything you could want to start the day. The two pools were lovely and we'd no issue getting beds any day. I love the water bottle scheme, if you buy a €4 refillable bottle you can have it refilled with still/sparkling water its a really good initiative. The younger kids went to kids club and enjoyed the arts and crafts, we only seen one show (acrobats) and they were very good. Lots of construction going on but it didn't disturb us. Its a 15 minute walk to Music Square which was great fun. We enjoyed our stay so much we've booked to go back in July.

There were good and bad points to my visit. Lets start with the good points. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and this is the first time in any European holiday where I got a double bed. It was also good to have a walk in shower which at my age is invaluable but there was a bad point to the shower which I will say later. The hotel is very close to the town and the beach and they had different night time entertainment every night. There is a lovely large pool and a bar with food and drinks near it. My bad points. Lets start with the shower. I found the floor of the shower very slippery and almost fell a few times. I did report this to the managers assistant and I suggested that they should install a bar to hold on to, I was astounded with her reply, she said yea, we know about that problem and when I asked well if you know about it why isn't it rectified and her answer was, these things take time. The food in the restaurant really wasn,t up to the standard I have got in other H10 hotels especially the H10 Salou Princess. I wont be going back to this particular H10 Hotel

I would say more like 3star not 4 star . Rooms very shabby looking. Generally clean but not spotless . Room towels need replacing as they look more grey than white. Bed was ok even though it was 2 singles put together with a mattress topper. Food was very repetitive. We were all inclusive but ate out a few times as by our second week we were fed up of the same food. The bar/ restaurant at the quiet pool was very nice and staff were lovely . Pool was really nice. On our last day I lost my purse and didn’t realise till on the flight home . On calling the hotel next day I was told a guest had handed it in . I arranged for my friend who was still in the area to collect it . In doing so it was found to have had over €200 taken . Very strange that a guest would hand in my purse to reception after taking the money ????? Really not a good end to our holiday Corralejo was lovely , great weather . Would like to return but not to this hotel

We loved our week of winter sun here. Everything was clean and comfortable. Dining room could get very busy, but we enjoyed the food and found a wide enough selection. The best bit for me was the swimming pool, lovely to cool off in the pool after strenuous hours of reading and sleeping on the loungers. The only dampner was finding a massive cockroach in the bathroom one night. The hotel responded very quickly the next morning, said we'd have an extra deep clean and provided us with repellent for the rest of our stay.
