First Impressions were good. The reception looked lovely decorated for Christmas. All of the staff throughout our stay were professional and very friendly. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. It was my husband's 60th birthday during our holiday and they decorated our room with balloons and left a bottle of cava on ice and some Lindt chocolates for him which we thought was a lovely touch and made his day feel extra special. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was spacious and set in a tropical garden which was pretty lit up at night We had a good sleep as it was lovely and quiet. We had a small issue with ants in the bathroom ( which you can get anywhere) . I raised this with reception and the receptionist thanked me for bringing it to her attention and sorted it instantly. Fabulous customer service. There was a large selection of food to suit all tastes for breakfast which we were impressed with. The only slight negative we had was the hot food wasn't very warm. But this could easily be remedied by placing lids on them to retain the heat. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and as the pool is heated we still managed to go in the pool which is pretty good for December!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay. It was our first time to a H10 hotel and also for adult only and it was bliss!!! Peaceful but really close to the beach and the nighlife. Perfect for us. If we go to Correlejo again we will definitely return to this hotel. Just returned after a short break at H10 Ocean Dunas and we had a fantastic few days. The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of a busy lively town. Once you enter the hotel the calm serene atmosphere you immediately feel relaxed. The staff are amazing so helpful and work so hard to make the holiday the best experience. Good choice of meals and it works well booking a time when you wish to eat in the evenings. Beautiful pool and garden areas and none of the usual rush for sunbeds which made the whole experience very pleasant and a delightful break, and will definitely return.

To start the weather was fantastic much hotter then we expected. I also expected it to be very windy but it was not, not even on the beach. The Hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach with its bars and restaurants and 1 minute from the main high street and shops. The sandy beach is nice but has no shade so you will need your sun cream. The Hotel was very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Our room was probably one of the best I have stayed in with a big modern bathroom and a powerful shower. Despite the Hotel's proximity to the high street there was no noise. The food was excellent a wide range of choices very well presented both for breakfast and evening meal. We were half board and had planned to eat out most nights however the food was so good we only ate out twice. The menu had enough choice to keep you happy and the food very well prepared and presented, the wine list was excellent and there were at least 10 choices for pudding, which according to my wife is the mark of a good hotel !! . The restaurant was very well managed and the staff friendly and professional. As a bonus there was also small gym to provide a workout between beers! Overall we had a great stay at this hotel, I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Just returned from a week stay here, we had a lovely time, the hotel & staff are great. We had a standard room overlooking the road which was good for people watching & quiet at night once the patio doors were closed. There is no problem getting sunbeds around the pool we often went for a walk after breakfast & got back late morning & always found beds & an umbrella, the pool area is very quiet so if you like lively entertainment this is not the place for you. It was my 50th while we were there the staff arranged a bottle of fizz, balloons & chocolate's which was lovely. We were on a full board basis but found dinner a little formal so we swapped lunch for dinner every day which was great as there are so many lovely restaurants in the old town & around music square to enjoy. We would certainly return here but in a B&B basis.

Lovely hotel in the centre, but not noisy, just like a little oasis in the middle of the town. Spotlessly clean, very big superior room, great food , fantastic staff and we would definitely return. Our room was very close to reception but so quiet and spacious with a huge, comfy bed and lots of fluffy pillows. Our patio area was very big with table, chairs and two sun beds. The pool area is quiet and relaxing and always found a sun bed to lounge on. Couldn’t fault the hotel one of the best we have stayed in.

Just back from an amazing weeks stay here. The hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave us a glass of fizz whilst explaining about the hotel. We had a superior room and it was spacious and lovely. The pool area was quiet with plentiful loungers and umbrellas. Bar prices very reasonable and the cocktails were lovely. I required a gluten free diet and the restaurant staff ensured my 3 course dinner always came from the kitchen. The food was great and we felt the menu was extensive, there was also a special every night. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were constantly ensuring dishes were replenished. The hotel was very quiet despite being in the town centre. Great for relaxing. We would without doubt recommend. Sincere thanks to every member of staff we dealt with, so friendly and courteous.

Having read so many excellent reviews of this hotel, our expectations were probably too high. To avoid disappointment, this is a fair and honest review based on our 10-day half-board experience. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of fizz, advised of rules & regulations and given our room keys and told the location for us to find. Our bags were bought up and 15 mins after arrival we were called to check all was OK. We did discover we had a blocked shower, which was cleared, and we were careful not to have the shower running too quickly to avoid flooding the bathroom. We had a junior suite, which was a nice sized room with a balcony, a table & chairs & 2 sunbeds. We had requested a sunny spot and we got the afternoon/ evening sun which was lovely. There was a large TV in the room that you could angle away from the wall to make it visible in bed if required. We only found 1 English speaking channel, but we weren't there to watch TV, so not an issue for us. We had a large wardrobe and a couple of bedside cabinets. There was also a drawer under the tea making facilities. Have to agree with other reviews a chest òf drawers under the TV instead of a shelf would have been handy. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows were OK too. We both slept very well every night. There is a lending library of books left by other guests in the velvet bar for holiday reading, a nice bonus! A code for the WiFi was provided, Internet was very good and didn't drop out For a 4* hotel we wouldn't expect to pay 2 euro a day for using the room safe. We were aware of this before travelling so accepted it without question. We do believe this should be free in a 4* hotel, any other hotel we have stayed in, did not charge. You can only change your pool towel once during your stay for free by using the voucher provided. Any further change of pool towel there is a 2 euro charge. Food - our expectations were high due to the reviews we had read on trip adviser. Buffet style starter and dessert, main is cooked to order off the menu. Ideal for me as I have a severe seafood allergy. The the food was inconsistent in it's presentation and cooking. Often tepid in temperature and dry or over salted. The Canarian potatoes looked like they were either cooked or reheated in a microwave. Staff always asked if everything was OK after we had finished. On the occasions either one of us had not eaten our dinner, we were offered another dish. However, the point of Al a carte is you are served and eat together. Breakfast fruit, yoghurt and continental was fine, cooked was tepid most days. As I am fussy, I asked my husband who eats anything if I was being too picky. His opinion was the same as mine and he was disappointed too. We were aware other guests were of a similar opinion on certain dishes. We would say it was mediocre at best. As there are so many restaurants around B&B would have been a better option for us. Housekeeping - our bedding was changed twice in the 10 da

Warm welcoming friendly staff right from arrival. Lovely spacious room with balcony. Excellent food in the restaurant. The Hotel was very quiet although right in the middle of everything. A few minutes from the beach and around 15 minutes to the harbour .

We could not fault this hotel. We had a junior suite which gave us space inside and out. It was impeccably clean. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They all seemed happy to be working here. I have several food allergies and the staff ensured I was safe eating all food at all times. We are going to book again for 2025.
