Very poor hotel. My dirty coffee mug was left for my full 5 night duration. There was so many bugs and cockroaches in the room everyday. Wifi, forget about it. You get no wifi connection and they blame it on the winds even on days when there are no winds.

Fabulous hotel rooms really big stayed in D block comfy beds plenty hot water sun on balcony till late - no complaints about food (plenty of choice) or cleanliness of room & about th hotel staff work really hard always doin something really friendly too - pools are cold - th AI drinks are ok wine sangria - rum G&T would definitely come back

We only booked a few weeks before travelling. This hotel is in a great location. The room was large spacious and clean, bathroom is large but rough in places. Would be good if the one bottle of water in the room was replaced daily. We had no issues with getting a sunbed by the pool but then it was November. Now to the food. Hubby is coeliac so eating in restaurants is always an issue, however a word with the chef went a long way. Though the choice wasn't great there was always something for him, and would cook pasta chips etc if required. GF desert available on request. Yes they really do need more staff in the bar in the evening. We never had any issues with staff and the ones on reception were amazing. Especially when we needed a doctor and subsequently a fit to fly letter. Complaint gone in to Jet2 about their total lack of assistance

Not impressed at all. 1 room dated and worn out.shower tray has a big gap at one end ,balcony sliding door hard to open and not secure.entrance door has a huge gap down lock side. 2 pool bar is more like a wooden shack with chairs just plonked where you have to queue to get served,run out of snacks which to be honest are poor too say the least. 3 evening bar was horrendous,10 deep too get served (1 member of staff serving)it had no atmosphere,dark and dingy. 4 on the last night sat in the restaurant having a meal and my partner said there’s a cockroach on the wall next to me,she panicked and moved to the other end of table and another cockroach run across the table,so we left and sat outside,I went back into the restaurant and seen another 3 crawling around where the drinking glasses are stored. Where is health and safety in this place. Can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. If we would have seen cockroaches on the first night we would have left. Don’t use this so called 4 star hotel. Very disappointed.

Rooms lovely, pool area lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. We went all inclusive the breakfast was nice, lunch salad and dessert nice, main dish awful, evening again salad, dessert nice main awful we actually ate out 3 nights of our 7 as the food was so bad. My husband is vegetarian and his main choice was chips , pasta and potatoes. If we went back we certainly would not be going all inclusive such a shame as the hotel was genuinely very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location for getting out and about. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. There is always plenty of choice to pick from at meal times. It was very quiet at night time so we slept soundly.

After reading the reviews before we travelled i thought oh no what have we booked, it sounds terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 9.20pm and it was dark . After checking in to the hotel we were given a map and directions to our room, wondering around the site for 20 minutes in the dark we gave up and went back to reception and asked them to show us where our room was, they took us to our room, and i asked why the blocks and room numbers were not illuminated which would make a massive difference. The hotel is lovely, its in a great location for the ***** which you must explore, make sure you check out the harbour. Reception will advise you that you cannot reserve sun beds, do not believe this! The food is ok, not red hot but when you are feeding several 100’s of people it never will be. Our room was cleaned everyday & we were given fresh towels daily. The resort is very clean & the staff work very hard maintaining it. The AI drinks are not the greatest, you can help yourself to beer & wine which is fine. If you want a nice relaxing lie around the pool head for the quiet pool where you will not be distrubed. I wouldn’t rate the hotel as 4 star but good value for money

It was okay. Hotel could be perfect. The complete stuff is very nice and helpful. But we had a lot of Cockroaches. Even directly on the way to the restaurant for dinner. My son was so afraid of them and was scared to walk through the hotel I’m the evenings. They should get that problem solved. WiFi wasn’t working. There was no internet connection at the room or pool area. I really appreciated the stuff. They were very kind and hard workers.

Staff and rooms are brilliant, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone very friendly and has a good atmosphere. Looks great. Yields need to be removed from sun beds as reserving them was not being managed Food is very disappointing in both variety, quantity and quality. Breakfast/dining room both lacking in staff and management overall . Food very slow to be replenished. Has dirty plates and cutlery on many occasions. Very limited, repetitive menu. Even theme night was the same. Food does not warrant a 4 star rating. Checkout - unable to keep a late check out room which was disappointing . Shower facilities for check out not good; cold shower, lack of space in shared shower room to change and keep belongings. No where to plug anything in, no hairdryer . Good location, overall a nice place to stay, the food badly let’s it down - all inclusive not the best choice
