Very disappointing - we booked this hotel and on the website the hotel is advertising a shuttle service, however arriving at the Madrid airport we where unable to find a shuttle service and after calling the hotel they told us to take a taxi ( 30 Euros ) so we deiced to cancel the booking - please should you decide to book this property be aware that the hotel is misrepresenting their services
