我選的是半海景房，前台給我選到了最角落裡麪，我特意從陽台看了看，很多房間都沒住滿，並且熱水壺很臟都是螞蟻。 不過非常適合一家人出行，有小童泳池，早餐和晚餐特別特別好吃，餐廳有內外兩個餐廳，泳池旁的下午茶區也很不錯，總的來説還是非常不錯的。

We really enjoyed our holiday here, particularly as we had a whole week of blue sky, sunshine and heat. There are good pools and bars and numerous sun beds to choose from in the sun and in the shade. The pool and beach areas are vast and exceptionally maintained. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean and comfortable with all mod cons and a balcony overlooking the sea facing the sun. Rooms were replenished and tidied daily. The waiters don’t speak fluent English (us Brits are guilty of relying on this) but we received very good friendly service. Drink and wine menus are accessible via a QR code. This hotel is in an excellent location along the seafront close to shops and bars from as far as Los Cristianos along to La Caleta. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were extraordinary with high quality food and lots of cuisines to choose from. The two other bookable restaurants were good too, although a lot of tapas in huge portions in Espanol, and in Krystal the food was very rich. The air conditioned gym was impressive. The entertainment music bands were great too and a lovely way to end each evening.

Our 4th stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Rooms, pools, bars and restaurants are all superb; the choice and quality at the dinner buffet is wonderful. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets is a real treat. Breakfast is also extensive with everything you could want, though it would be nice to have boiling water in the tea pots. All the staff are so friendly and engaging, but special mention must go to Laura at the Sunshine Bar, she is an absolute superstar. Well done Riu for removing the safe charge, that has been very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay at one of our favourite hotels.

Once again a fantastic time this hotel is one of the best . the location is great the food is superb just a couple of things that need addressing. Wish they had English sausages for breakfast and make sure the water for the tea is hot We have booked to stay twice more

I wouldn’t recommend going unless you are over 70, it’s like a private hospital, the buffet is like the titanic experience. Staff are nice to very elderly people only and hotel not close to anything at all, beach is black and rocky like mud. Can’t believe it’s 5 star,staff don’t help with bags nor very helpful at all. The manager seems to be actively walking around making sure everything is good but id not recommend this place at all I was really disappointed.

We knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Nice rooms, esp if u pay the bit extra to get a full seaview room. Breakfast buffet is amazing, and dinner also excellent. Wide choice and caters well for allergies. Pool are lovely and gate opens directly onto the promenade. Situated between Caleta ( good restaurants) and Americas, but with its own distinctive vibe. All staff excellent. Already planning our return.

Fabulous. Couldn't fault it. If you are looking for a restful and peaceful holiday in a good location Riu Palace Adeje is an excellent choice. The buffet is probably the best hotel food we have experienced. Rooms, views, bars and staff outstanding. Everywhere is spotless. Entertainment is low key and is outside so you're likely to need a cardigan/jacket. We will be returning.

The staff were excellent. Had been concerned about buffet as don’t generally rate them but the food was excellent and they catered really well for the guests with 3.5 hour span of time for breakfast and dinner. Room spacious and cleaning excellent. Lots of availability of seats around pool and a separate adult section. Very well situated between Costa Adeje and Caleta. We had a lovely time (mother and daughter) and would thoroughly recommend.
