Be aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.

The property is cute, clean, comfortable with nice staff, and breakfast. But the surrounding is not convenient. We walked around one house in the neighborhood, several small convenient stores with some soda and chips, no restaurants.

Good accomodations for the price. Good breakfast in the morning. Wish though more options for food other times of the day.

Pros: the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked, albeit a little noisy. Lots of hot water and a spacious room. It was a ground floor room with a small patio and really lovely grounds. I enjoyed breakfast. Cons: My room was definitely showing its age. The furniture had lots of nicks and dings. The air conditioner was a little noisy but didn’t interfere with my sleep. Linens were certainly showing their age. The security lock was broken on my door. The cheapest sort of locking door knob didn’t inspire much confidence. And the blinds on the patio doors did not meet in the middle so quite easy for someone to see inside the room if strolling around the grounds. Hard to find and not a walkable neighborhood.

Very clean, small bed available only for our stay. Perfect stop after or before taking the plane. Near the airport. Breakfast only, no dining. The personnel is friendly and quite helpful.

Overall good for one night. Just the pool was a bit dirty and had no stairs. Also the restaurant was closed so we ordered in. But breakfast was included and was very nice. Thank you!

Very run down .. pictures are extremely deceiving. Not worth the money at all. Just a place to sleep. Positive note: place is clean and smells nice. Outside yard and pool is terrible False advertising on restaurant and bar. You will need to go out. Location not near anything for food.

Great Hotel Staff was excellent Clean Quiet Limited on the food at the restaurant. Nothing within walking so you have to eat at the hotel and they didnt have anything on the menu.

Close to Cancún Airport, the hotel is a good pace to stay the night before your flight. You have to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but you can use uber or another ride service at half the cost of a taxi to get back to the airport.
