アパルタメントス セレステ(Apartamentos Celeste)

We stayed at Celeste Apartments for 4 days in April. It right next door to the square and has 2 supermarkets within 2 minute' walk. We stayed in the refurbished block. We'll worth the extra. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped (apart from no hairdryer, but I knew this). Reception was closed when we arrived in the evening, but I had emailed, so keys were left in a key safe at reception with a map of the apartments. Easiest check in ever! I had also asked for a sunny balcony. No promises, but Celeste gave us an apartment with sun all day on the balcony. The pool was small, yet warm. Enough for our needs. Quite a few sunbeds, but people were coming and going all day, so always spare sunbeds if needed. The location is perfect. Next to the square, a few minutes to the beach and right by lots of shops. It wasn't at all noisy either. The block is gated, so although it is near shops and bars, it was fairly quiet inside. Costa Teguise itself, although really busy, quietened by 11pm. I would definitely return for location, brilliant reception staff who were there to help and always answered emails quickly, and gorgeous refurbished apartments in the block we stayed in.

First time staying in these lovely apartments, no problems at all really enjoyed our weeks stay. Apartments are basic but clean with everything you need for your stay. The manager and all staff were excellent, friendly and a great welcome by reception staff on arrival. The apartments are so central for everything and many good bars/restaurants are right on the door stop. Booked again for JAN 2025

Clean, spacious apartments which is very close to the beach , shops and nice restaurants. Great for a cheap and cheerful holiday. Would definitely go back! Fantastic value for money but don't expect bells and whistles. Pool area gets busy but the beach is so close and lovely that it was fine for us.

Just back from another great stay, my 4th time here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment, room 209. Had two balconies & a nice pool view. No need to rush for sun beds, plenty available all day, we stayed during half term. Cant wait go wait go back, amazing location and only a 20min private transfer away from airport. Motowns out front for breakfast is a must!

We stopped in block 1 the room was very basic, but as we did not pay a lot for this hoilday it was OK The rooms was clean. The beds where like camp beds and there was no headboard. The pool area very small, and sunbeds, not comfortable. Wi Fi not good would not work in our apartment. The apartments are near the center, bars and restaurants. If we came back would book block 2 lovely apartments.

Friendly staff in all areas,no safes in rooms,but2€ a day plus 10€ deposit refundable,Down the stairs in reception safes are accessible 9am until 7pm.3 blocks of apartments ,ground floor and one upper with about14 steps.3 pools one in each block middle pool block 2 heated.You can use any pool ,your gate key opens all gates.Not many sunbeds.We had first floor apartment 133.Nice large terrace,sun all day from 10.30,tv,managed to get BlazeParamount,BBC ITV. Ch 5,and many music channels,Two electric rings,fridge,toaster ,kettle,microwave.Shower over bath,you can have a bath, but need to fill with shower head.No Hairdryer. Twin beds pushed together.Sheets changed 7 days,towels 3 days.All very clean ,little bit dated,that said great location 5 mins to main square.bars serving food underneath apartments.Supermarket across the road, handy for the line 3 bus for Puerto del carmen.We had a great 7 days,with great weather.The bars had live music 9.30 ish,but nothing in the day..Overall it was a lovely 7 days in winter sun.Only moan was wifi not that good worked on the terrace but not in the room,no aircon so would get hot in the summer,Yes we would go back

Asked for a quiet high floor room and that's what we got staff really nice in reception asked for a extra pillow and received it the same day,room 224 in the refurbished block 2 lovely and clean one large balcony and one smaller one which was great sun morning and afternoon ,lovely pool nice and warm very quiet around pool and at night, our room was cleaned every day except for two clean towels and floors mopped every time, block 1 and block 3 didn't look as nice around pool area block 3 is adult only so really quiet most people staying on their terrace and balcony so perhaps a big pool area not needed, bring some ice cube bags no ice tray in fridge, one bottle of water and some coffee and tea bags and 2 chocolate biscuits on arrival, overall a really nice accommodation

Stayed here at the very end of Feb 2024 , the week ran into March. My wife ,I and 2 teenage daughters. We stayed in the upgraded block at The Celeste. The weather was quite cloudy and windy but there was enough sunshine to help the week along. Temp reached 23 and at times was very warm. The location is fab , you are on hand for everything you need. Our apartment was 222 and alongside the pool. The place is compact but private . We had 2 twin bedrooms and a kitchen / lounge area plus a shower / toilet room. Spacious, clean , modern , well equipped. There is a reception office on hand for anything you need. There are 3 blocks , 1 has been refurbished and we can only comment on this one as this is the one we stayed in. It's a lovely place to stay and in a terrific location. We would happily recommend the Celeste very highly. We used the pool on 2 or 3 occasions , the water is tested every morning by staff and the pool was very clean . There's sunbeds around the pool for the use of guests . I would happily state that for a self catering holiday, this place is excellent.. We like to try different places but would have no problem with staying here again.

Horrible attitude to guests. On our second night, the apartment was invaded by dozens of massive cockroaches. We used the spray that we received because the day before the kitchen got invaded by little ants (the receptionist looked amused, asking if we brought food). We got another apartment, but the receptionist was only feeding us excuses, I only got one word of apology at the checkout when I brought the issue again. I asked about a possibility for reimbursement for one night due to our horrible horrible experience. They instructed us to go through the platform on which I booked the stay. But my request was rejected by the hotel.
