The hotel and breakfast is ok, but they don’t clean neither change the towels everyday

Los apartamentos serenity valen la pena. Muy nuevos y amplios. El desayuno podría mejorar, con algo de variedad saludable, todo era para público inglés. Y por mucho cartel que hubiera, a primera hora hamacas reservadas aunque no estuvieran en ellas en horas. Faltaría algo de supervisión en este sentido.

We visited Hotel Siroco in May for 10 days. We could not fault it at all. Walking into reception and being made to feel very welcome, going to breakfast every morning being greeted with a smile ... all the staff were so pleasant and polite. We stayed in room 113, ground floor, perfectly clean modern and perfect for our needs. We even had our own sun loungers on our terrace. Didn't want to leave, I could have happily stayed for another 10 days. Would definitely go again and again and again

Lovely hotel.. Very clean and friendly staff only downside we would say is that there was no lifts or air conditioning however, it does say this on website so we knew this already.. It would just make it perfect! We have already said that we would return! ☀️

Beautiful apartments. Not a big difference between serenity side and the normal side so save your money. About 10min walk to the square but plenty of other places along the way. The grounds itself is done up really well also. Pool said it was heated but was quite cold. Beds and pillows are comfy also. Only down fall would be no air con ( especially in the summer months), no curiosity room or showers to use and not enough umbrellas at the pool. But this woudlnt put me staying again.

My husband and I went here in February 2024 as we thought it would be nice to get some sun during the long English winter My husband up graded us to the serenity area which was lovely a smaller area and so quiet The hotel was spotless and staff friendly Rooms spacious and a good kitchen area so we could have our own breakfast and lunch in the room The hotel is ideally situated near some great restaurants We went into the entertainment area a couple of nights and had a great laugh My only negative comment would be that we wouldn't want to come in the summer as there was no air conditioning in the rooms so I imagine it would be too hot But definitely a lovely hotel

Stayed in the Serenity side Bed & Breakfast for 10 days and definitely worth the extra bit of money. Far superior pool area with more space around the sun loungers and a carpet around the pool (the other pool area was rammed with sun loungers and the floor very hard and rough. Lovely apartment on ground floor 1123 overlooking pool area, good size terrace with 2 loungers, table and 2 chairs, plus 2 loungers outside front door too. Very comfortable apartment with good kitchen/living room area, big L-shaped sofa. Kitchen had everything you needed, kettle, toaster, plus cutlery, plates and mugs etc. Nice bathroom with good powerful shower with always hot water, drainage was slow on shower tray though. Decent size bedroom, good comfy beds, with huge wardrobe, plenty of hangers and storage space, bit tight round the bed near the window, but ok. No Air Con but didn't bother us tbh, could be an issue in hotter summer temperatures. Buffet breakfast was superb, absolutely everything you could want and think of on offer, cereal, yoghurt, meats, cheese, croissant, all the full English bits ( bit Luke warm, but is a microwave, however can't fit big plate in, so had to juggle 2 small plates) On-site 18 hole mini golf only 1 Euro per play and some daytime entertainment, boule, table tennis, darts etc Good 15 minutes walk into main bars and restaurants and 5 minutes to nearest supermarket and bus stop. Overall a good hotel with nice rooms, probably a bit far out for us but definitely peaceful. Would return.

Lovely stay again , our 3rd time , had a lovely view in the room lovely kept grounds , could of cleaned outside balcony area slightly better as had some bird droppings on there which we cleaned ourself, the only thing that annoyed us on this stay was the people who reserve sun beds all day and don’t use them !! This happend a few days ! Other than that was lovely as usual , see you august

The apartment was more basic than I anticipated for premium with very limited kitchen equipment for self catering. The furniture is a little tired but adequate. We had hoped for a poolside patio but it transpired that all the 2 bedroom apartments are on the first floor with only a small balcony. This was not clear when booking so something to be aware of .Frequent towel changing was appreciated but no towels available for use at the pool. Pool area was nice and quiet but limited sun umbrellas if looking for some shade. Food from bar was nice. My main gripe is that there was never enough hot water for 4 of us to shower in the evening. At least one person had to have a cold shower. We were B&B but choice of food was a bit disappointing. Fine if you wanted a full fry up but far fewer healthy options.

Loved this holiday and would definitely stay at the hotel again! The price for what we got was brilliant! We stayed bed and breakfast for 10 days in the adults only Serenity section. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. We had no Aircon in the room, however this wasn't a huge deal. The area was so quiet and peaceful. We had a ground floor apartment so had our own sunbeds which was great. Pools were freezing but clean. Grounds were lovely. Our rooms had everything we needed and loads of space. Looked exactly like the pictures online. Food at breakfast was great and a wide choice of hot food, pastries, fruit, cereal and cakes. I would have liked to have tried the evening food. We weren't expecting evening entertainment so the little entertainment they had was welcome. The bingo guy was really funny and got everyone in the mood. The hotel had plenty of parking outside. It was about 20 minutes to walk into town but it was a pleasant walk. As it was at the end of the road, it was a lot quieter which we really appreciated. Would 100% stay again. Great value for money.

Lovely hotel great location very clean and friendly staff .outstanding breakfast with a great choice .pool area was great and entertainment man was friendly and always went out his way to chat to us and ask us to join in but no pressure. Plenty to do or if want just sit bay and relax the grounds were very nice and clean as were the rooms very spacious and equipped very well . 10 to 15 min walk to bars and restaurants so not to far of a walk def stay at hotel sportive if went back to Lanzarote.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with lovely friendly helpful staff. We've just spent a week in the serenity area which is lovely and quiet all day and all night. Rooms are quite modern and very clean with all you need if your self catering. Cleaning staff always in with clean towels toilet rolls etc and making the bed and mopping up. The maintenance team are always on the go brushing up everywhere andtouching up and painting up different bits on the white walls etc and keeping the whole place looking lovely The swimming pools are cleaned every day and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Seems everyone we spoke to said they would definitely return at some point again and if we returned to lanzarotte we definitely would stay here again. Only a 10-15 walk into the heart of all the bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants

Hotel and grounds are immaculate. About 15 mins walk to town. Breakfast very good. Bar area very small. Rooms are good and have everything you need. Pool area good but would prefer more umbrellas that aren't the fixed kind so you can cover yourself more.

Great apartment spacious, spotlessly clean, comfy beds huge balcony. Lovely pool area with good sunbeds. Good choice at breakfast with good service from staff. We were on the first floor which was fine, but was near to the dining and bar area so very noisy cutlery and crockery being cleared from early, lots of noise late as people left the bar area. Would have to request another room away from the restaurant if we choose to stay again.
