Shower wasn’t working, I have called many time and nobody showed up, I was calling to front desk and nobody answered so I gave up, very bad service

I forgot something in the room for sure, I called them back to see if they found it but they said no, I was too far and didn’t want to go all the way back there.

I like this hotel, however, on this visit, the bar is closed both Sunday and Monday night ( Presidents’ Day) so no food was available in the evening. The surrounding area is mostly office and industrial so there are no other restaurants within walking distance. My wife noted the floor in our room needed better cleaning or vacuuming or replacing or replacing the wall mount thermostat was showing it needed a battery, the batteries in the remote in the fitness center were dead the bathroom is nice looking and trendy, but the lights are not adequate and the rainfall shower is neat, but it makes it difficult to rinse your armpits and other underneath areas unless you do a handstand in the shower also, with no door in the shower, the splashing on the lower part of the wall next to the shower stall is causing the wallpaper to bubble and come loose. Overall a good experience in a good hotel, and I will return, but was slightly disappointed on this visit.

Nice hotel but far from downtown Miami. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and you have to go to the front desk to ask for more towels/ toilet paper etc and for towels for the pool.

Windows are locked and AC runs all the time. Ufortunately AC is so loud that it is very hard to sleep. Toilet is not flushing and shower is very very weak so it is hard to remove soap. It sems they went to far to be eco friendly but become guest unfriendly.

There for 3 nights with 4 people and housecleaning did not enter the room even once. Garbages were not emptied and dirty towels never picked up. We kept having to ask for clean towels.

The hotel was described as Miami Airport Hotel and it was right next to a private small airport and very misleading. They had a bar and food. There was a bar attendant who walked out on his first day of work there and there was nobody working in the kitchen so we could not order food. It was a terrible experience after travelling for almost 24 hours. It took us 2 hours to drive from Fort Lauderdale airport to there. And another 40 minutes to get to the ship port the next day. It cost us a fortune in Uber costs.

Not near the Miami airport. This hotel is 35 minutes away from the airport and does not offer a shuttle. When I called to confirm my reservation, the staff member was rude and hung up on me. We ended up booking a different hotel and didn’t stay here.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is a little older but everything was clean and worked well. Service was excellent. Lovely and friendly ♥️ comfortable bed and I would stay here again… about 20 min drive from Miami airport. Standard breakfast fair and it’s removed promptly- we enjoyed!
