Situation great Hotel with superb renovation We spent exceptional vacation Amazing view on the mountains Incredible breakfast buffet (waffles the best ever tried in my life!) Good alternative to the Airelles Will go again for sure next year

I have spent a wonderful stay in Alpes Hotel du Pralong. The location of the hotel is great. It’s on the slopes. The ski in ski out is so confortable. The people from the ski room very helpful. Very convient that you can rent directly your skis at the hotel. Upon our arrival everything was being taken care of. The concierge had booked ski pass and our ski instructor. Regarding the hotel itself, the decoration is very nice, warm and welcoming. The bar area with it’s fireplace and piano is a nice place for the after-ski sweets and hot chocolate. They have shuttle 24/24 it s 3 minutes to the centre The room are spacious and have a great view. The restaurant is very nice, the food is delicious, the terrasse has a great view, lots of sun, and a great DJ. He really had a great time and thank you to all the staff for their kindness.

Great stay at this hotel. Family treatment from all the staff, unbeatable location for skiing. The hotel is very cozy, done with magnificent taste and no detail is missing. On a gastronomic level, a very complete and healthy breakfast. A must in Courchevel to feel at home in every way

This hotel has fantastic location, and so much possibility. Unfortunately management is horrible. I had so many issues. They claim to be five star, but the spa is not open all the time. Jacuzzi and spa area shuts down at eight . If you want to massage the prepared to be disappointed because they only do massages after five and it’s just one person. So if you didn’t reserve a massage, forget it. The Jacuzzi is a joke, small. On top of that it was cold on New Year’s . My room had many problems, such as lacking, weather*****ping on the windows, and no covering of vents. Every single order in the lounge or dining room was always mismanaged. The staff were very friendly, unfortunately helpless- obviously getting no help from management. No lighting by the food buffet. They had us change rooms on the last night, but the new room wasn’t ready and they wanted to just have our luggage waiting in the hall. I refused. Because the place was in a good location. I was taking a lot of it with a good heart and sent them already a suggestion email with a huge list. But the last day of them switching our room with no new room to go to, cleaning team takes more then 3hrs to do a room??!? This was inexcusable, took forever , there was fresh powder and I had to deal with this? (keep in mind this is New Year’s in my room was over $1500 ). I wanted to ski , no way was I leaving my important luggage and passport in the lobby with this hotel. It was the last straw. I had no issues with the ski shop. The mountain was awesome.

A disappointing experience. This hotel has a great ski in/ski out location and it's not far away from the center of the village. Spectacular views.  Unfortunately it actually is overrated. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. Room and bathroom are too small, to the point that you can't have a decent shower, without flooding it all. Staff is courteous but under trained for the expected standard. Lousy food, particularly considering the only option in the menu, offered to the half board guests. In spite of the alpine style, the hotel has a gloomy atmosphere, especially the underground spa and pool. Urgent refurbishment is needed to meet the advertised category. You do not get what you pay for! Last but not least, beware of the obscene prices charged by the on-site ski rental shop.

We have just returned from a great holiday at this hotel. Everything from the location, food, room and service was amazing. The staff were superb. All of them. Best boot room service EVER! We’ve been coming to Courchevel for years and this will always be our hotel of choice now. Well done to each and everyone of you 👏🏼

You will not go wrong at this hotel. A complete 5 star experience and the staff is excellent. A truly luxurious experience in the heart of Courchevel. Ski in and ski out, fine dining, easy to rental process. The hotel views are stunning, and the hotel is gorgeous

Amazing stay, service in particular was exceptional. All the staff were pleasant to interact with and were always happy to assist. We made good use of the complimentary taxi service within Courchevel 1850 and the breakfast buffet was 5 star quality as you would expect. The independent in-house ski shop and Concierge service just made hitting the sloped or reserving restaurants convenient.
