ホテルヴィラスコリブリスイートとバンガロー(Hotel Villas Colibri Suites & Bungalows)

This is a diamond in the rough. My boyfriend and I spent a week here and it was perfect. The Sabal room with king bed was gorgeous and the view on the balcony overlooked the pool. The staff is amazing and will not hesitate to help you with anything. The location is further in town so I recommend renting a scooter/car. There is parking available. We certainly got our fill of tacos with no shortage or taco places only steps away. It is also walking distance to Casa Mission which has an amazing atmosphere and food. As some people have mentioned, yes, there is noise. We had no problem sleeping though. I would still say that our stay was very peaceful. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! Rooms were clean, wifi and air conditioning worked great. Big shower with lots of water pressure. If you forget anything, there are numerous stores close by with anything you will need.

Please be wary of booking this hotel! They are extremely aggressive in their tone and refuse to accommodate guests. I had an emergency and wasn’t able to check into my room. I tried to contact them multiple times to cancel my booking before the check-in time, and they ignored my calls. I also tried to email and message them after the check in time to even receive a partial refund. They intentionally waited until after my reservation was completed to let me know that they would not be able to help me as the reservation had passed, and were extremely unkind in their response. Do not book this hotel. They care more about making a quick buck than being empathetic and human to a customer’s concern. They will not help you if you have an emergency, and will be happy to take your money even if they did not render any service.

Jessica at front desk was awesome! Very nice lush setting.

Nice property very small entrance but secure no food available for breakfast just bread and coffee pillows were stained yellow and holes near AC vent in one room, a little dirty.

Communication is lacking, wrong number is posted on the site. The place is nice I would stay again

Lo único que creo pueden mejorar es el mantenimiento en las habitaciones, las paredes estaban muy sucias y algunos detalles de los baños que ya requieren mantenimiento

Excelente servicio!! Recomendaciones y atencion de recepcion, bonitas habitaciones, limpieza y alberca muy agradable, estacionamiento para moto dentro del lugar, renta de moto y lo llevan al hotel, tours variados, todo esta muy cerca farmacias, centros comerciales, restaurantes y transporte, muchas gracias por la maravillosa estancia y sus atenciones Margarita y Jessica.Regresaremos pronto.
