This was our first stay on Cozumel, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Large room filled with natural light, huge balcony, washer/dryer, free bicycles, and a great rooftop pool. The building is in downtown San Miguel, allowing us to walk to shops & restaurants. Very quiet at night for good sleep. We had no trouble finding street parking for our rental car. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Thank you Mike, Armin, and Andy!

The best location for Ironman Event. Close to Expo, T2 and Finish line. All needed facilities are next to Kippal (Supermarkets, 25m Swimming pool, Stadium). Stayed for second year and will be back for sure. Rooms are very big and convenient to share with other person. Service and cleaning were perfect. Special thanks to Julia for keeping assistance 24/7!

I recently stayed at Kippal from May 3 to May 17, 2024. As a professional Travel Advisor, I regularly conduct on-site inspections of various accommodations, and I chose Kippal based on its positive reviews, convenient location, modern amenities, and the need for a kitchen and workspace for my remote work. However, my experience at Kippal fell short in several key areas that are important for vacation accommodations but I have narrowed it down to the top 3: 1) No WiFi: The lack of WiFi was highly inconvenient and problematic for my remote work needs. 2) Cleanliness and Condition: The property was dirty and in desperate need of renovations, which was surprising for an almost new building. There were repairs needed due to excessive wear and tear, and the walls desperately needed repainting. The pictures and descriptions of the property were misleading. 3) Customer Service: There was a significant lack of customer service. None of my concerns or queries were resolved during my stay. I hope this feedback helps future guests and encourages improvements at Kippal. Best regards, Lisa

My husband and I had an excelleret stay for two nights! Beautiful big rooms, very clean and silent. The building had an amazing rooftop pool and area, great to watch the sunset. Great service provided by Julia, always available on whatsapp.

The location is beautiful , modern comfortable and clean, near the centre of the Island. Everything works and there is a terrace with infinity pool for the guests. Bikes are avaible free for guests, as well as a gym. Staff is very kind. A lovely place to stay at Cozumel.

Elegant, Sophisticated, Relaxed, and Proximal to EVERYTHING. Here's the deal: You're not on the beach, but with the money you're saving, go to Mr. Sancho's and rent a suite {listen to me: Best $550 you'll spend}. At Kippal: The rooftop pool is incredible, and - as you'll read in other reviews, the sunsets, views, cooking, and laughing are well worth being a very short walk from the beach. The area is very safe; my bride and I walked the streets without concern. ALSO: You must go to Mingo's restaurant around the corner; we are glad to have this excellent Chef as a new friend. We shall return. At Kippal: The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. There will be a language barrier, so use Google Translate. The pictures are 100% accurate. Save money; have two or three bedrooms, and ENJOY!
