Nice clean room with a balcony front to the Ocean veri nice

Great hotel just across the street from the coastline. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. We felt safe walking there at night also. Buceo is the restaurant at the base of the hotel and it’s terrific, with live music most nights. Don’t trust that Google will show you exactly where this hotel is because it’s brand new. The Google maps satellite flyover still shows the corner from years ago before this hotel was built and sends you a few blocks in the wrong direction. The hotel is on the opposite corner from a little shop called Cinco Soles. If you need parking, you need to reserve that ahead of time because they’ve only got space for about five or six cars.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location but be aware if you book a snack bar view room you will look at a wall. I wish the description was more clear when offering this room.

Clean hotel. Great location. Towels are a little rough and some need to be replaced but overall a very nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant on the property has great staff and delicious food.

It was an entertaining view. We loved looking at the different people on the sea. We paid the upgrade, but still only had partial view in a standard room. For a semi upscale room, first day no kleenex, no glasses in room, no washclothes and breakfast not included in this ******* room. I would hate to see our room if we didn't pay an upgrade. All in all a comfortable room with a nice size balcony.

Very nice hotel for the price, right on the coastal road of Cozumel Centro. Bed was very comfortable, nice large shower. In room AC was a little loud if fan was at max setting. Nice outdoor terrace cafe on the fourth floor with beautiful views of the ocean.

This property was a great place to stay in Cozumel especially for the price. It was clean, accommodating, comfortable and updated. The staff was great and I enjoyed coming back to a VERY clean room each night after all day activities. This is walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars. If you are like me and do not enjoy staying at an all inclusive resort, this is a great stay in Cozumel. Will come back here whenever we return!

This is a wonderful hotel by any standards. Every design element was clearly thought through carefully to make an inviting and comfortable space. I’m so glad we stayed there because I got the flu the night we got there. For 24 hours I felt like I was going to die and I was so grateful to be in this clean, very comfortable, beautiful hotel. The beds and pillows were so comfy, the view was beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. The restaurant was also very good and so convenient. Reasonable price for how nice the hotel is. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pool is small and cold. Room has an ocean view, safe and fridge. They even provide 2 bottles of water. No sandy beach close by. Easy to get a taxi to the airport and close by.
