ホリデイ イン エクスプレス ホテル & スイーツ クローフォーズビル IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Crawfordsville)

We were visiting Indiana from South Florida. The snow and ice was quite a bit of a culture shock to my son and I, but this hotel made us feel right at home. All of the staff greeted us with a smile. They were constantly cleaning the floors and making sure everything was safe from all of the snow that was being brought in by the guests’ feet. I will definitely be coming back to this place the next time we visit the college!

We stayed two nights actually, because we had such a great time. It was so comfortable everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Pool, hot tub are nice, fitness center is nice. Air conditioner, microwave, and refrigerator worked. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in reception area. Breakfast was good. TV worked well. Housekeeping comes to your room each day. A little bit of road noise, but not bad. Felt safe and secure. We were pleased with our stay!

Newly remolded and they did a great job. Very clean and nice updates. Good breakfast, lots of options.

Booked this hotel for it's high rating on cleanliness. However, the room we received was very dirty -- hair all over the bathroom floor, tub, sink, etc. Muddy water splashed on the bathroom floor and sink backsplash. Door handles, light switches and remote were filthy and clearly not sanitized. Microwave was dirty and the refrigerator had food spilled and dripping down the front. VERY gross!!! We notified front desk who was very pleasant, but couldn't really help us since the hotel was out of rooms. We ended up buying Clorox wipes and wiping things down ourselves. Additionally, the hotel uses Direct TV so our TV did not have channels during a simple rain storm. Not a good experience!!!

They were cleaning, as if they're following a routine/schedule, and it was already clean. Awesome! Everyone has greeted us with a smile and acknowledgment!!

There’s definitely not much in Crawfordsville Indiana. I booked a room for my wife as a getaway stay-cation. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Unlike most hotels, the water was actually comfortable enough to swim in. Too many hotels have their indoor pools freezing. My wife’s room was right by the elevator and ice machine, and for some reason people at all hours of the night must think that it’s ok to be as loud as they want to be. At 7am my wife got to enjoy the loud chatter of people leaving. Not sure who they were, but my wife now knows nearly everything about their home in Ohio. Note…the walls are paper thin. Overall the hotel isn’t bad. It’s right off of interstate 74 so easy access for travelers. Regardless of where your room is it won’t have a decent view. There’s highway 231, a gas station or an abandoned lot to look at. Like I started, it’s Crawfordsville.

Serviceable for a brief stay, comfortable room accommodations, just a lot of door, stepping above, and people noises that get through from corridors and adjoining rooms
