Owner greeted us upon arrival to show us to our rooms and was so helpful with dining suggestions. Property is lovely, rooms are very nice and the property is spotless.

My partner and I stayed for one night at the Windfalls Boutique Hotel. We were met by Margarita on arrival who was really accommodating and friendly. The room was really clean and spacious, the bathroom was modern. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. We had breakfast in the morning which was also really good quality. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location so convenient for Gatwick airport. Approx 10 minute drive. Margarita was very welcoming and made sure we were happy with our rooms. The rooms we chose were (magnolia & lotus) both were well equipped, bed linen so fresh and room very clean. Superb bathrooms with a full body showers in both, Bed head shampoo and conditioner 😍 mattress and pillows were super soft, I slept like a baby. Fire stick was fantastic to watch movies on Amazon or Netflix You order breakfast before 9pm the night before and pick a time. The full English was cooked to perfection I’d definitely recommend this place for a romantic stay Thanks for having us 🥰

If only I could give more stars! This place is amazing and loved every minute of our stay. The welcome was warm and genuine. The location is great and close to so many things The room was spacious (orchid) and luxurious The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in Decor was lovely. Plenty of parking Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was delicious. I could go on! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again

Really lovely overnight stay, room nice and very comfortable bed. Bath amazing (room was Lily) Communal areas downstairs although we didn’t spend much time there were spotlessly clean and looked impressive. Plenty of information available regarding local pubs and restaurants, taxis etc and alcohol was available to purchase if required. Definitely a great place to stay in the Gatwick area without the hustle and bustle of a airport hotel.

We stayed in the Lilly room which was the smallest room but it was perfect for us. The service, cleanliness, breakfast and hospitality was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Margarita and Liam are perfect hosts tending to your every need!

I havent even checked out yet and i already want to leave a review to say how AMAZING this place is! Its more than a hotel, the entire grounds, the hosts, the rooms, the bed, the breakfast.. everything is perfect! Cannot fault anything and i will definitely be coming here again! If you are even considering booking..do it! Thanks so much Margarita for the nicest night away iv had in years :)

Stayed at the Windfalls Boutique Hotel on 26th November 2022. It was such a wonderful experience. Everything ,including the details where thought of. The room in which we stayed (two adults) was fantastic. The cleanliness throughout the entire accommodation was what you would want and expect. The breakfast...THE BREAKFAST, all I can say is 'wow, so so nice. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about the Windfalls Boutique Hotel. The decor throughout provides a warm and relaxed feeling, one that you will notice as soon as you enter. Thank you to Margarita who runs the Windfalls Boutique Hotel. You thought of all the little details that a lot of other accommodations do not do well... you did it perfectly!

Welcomed by friendly accommodating host on arrival and shown to room. Large luxury four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with waterfall shower in a beautiful, modern, clean house. A few pub style restaurants within a short drive. Netflix available on the large TV in room. Very quiet, relaxing setting for an overnight stop or short break. Good value for money for a 5*.
