Checkin listed as 4pm. However when arrived for check in many Couples including us were all told rooms not ready or available and they would call. I went back after and hour to check then they came me a room. Rooms were clean, plenty to do dinner and breakfast were good.

Other than it taking it two hours after checking in for our room to be ready , everything else was great. Our room was very clean and we had a nice time.

Room was nice but cleanliness could have been better. Pool ramp was dirty and pool room mirror look like they havent been cleaned. However, room was nice but don't think it was worth the price we paid.

Our first room smelled of a heavy smoker. Our private pool was dirty with yellow slime on the walls. Complaint and asked for another room. They asked us to wait because they wanted to check on our new room. We were told by staff that we could go to our new room. Maintenance man was finishing up cleaning the pool in our room. Our new room looked clean. We enjoyed our private pool and our first dinner. Unfortunately, the first night, we were woken up from rodents. We did find mouse poop in certain areas of the room we were trying to make the best of this since we were several hours from home. So on our second day, we left to visit some surrounding things near Paradise Stream. We were gone for 3 hours, and return back to room. We wanted to swim in our pool. There was white balls of mucus with black hair in it flooding in the pool. My spouse n I don’t have black hair; I’m assuming the pool filter needed to be cleaned before we arrived and wasn’t!! Totally gross out, we were fine with the pool. As we got dressed to go to the main building to talk to the manager, we discovered our Hershey kisses bag opened and emptied which wasn’t us!! When we left early that day, we left the sign on the door knob “do not disturb!!” Now I terribly upset and I’m feeling unsafe to stay in my room since someone can me our room and went through our things and helped their selves to our snacks. We have went to this facility and their other 2 connected facilities the last 3 years . We’re done, horri!

Pool was cold and they said they would heat it up at 6:00p. When I left at 4:30 am the pool was still cold

The bed was made with dirty sheets left on from the last people, we couldn’t use the pool in the room because it was to hot we asked for the temp to be turned down and that never happened. Do not waste your money I have wanted to go here for years it won’t happen again

Tv broke they never fixed it kept calling desk two men couldn't fix it plus room was not ready had to wait for the money not worth it plus garbage all around building was never picked up i want a refund

Property is outdated but has so much to do you can't help but have fun in or out of your room! Daily activities to enjoy if you choose and our only big complaint is the room smelled awful and carpet is worn and needs to be replaced
