The hotel is perfectly ok, even though it was swathed in scaffolding when I visited. The bedroom was spacious and cheerful, with a coffee machine and a comfortable bed, even if not particularly luxurious in other respects. A sign warned against looking out of the windows between 9am and 5pm, which is a bit odd, even if there was scaffolding outside the window. On entering the hotel, the decor in the foyer is a bit naff, even if the staff are helpful and there is a large bar/snacks food area. But it is very convenient for the railway station. The star attraction, however, is the main restaurant. Perhaps slightly unexpectedly, the food was simply quite exceptional, whilst not being particularly expensive, with a reasonable wine list. That turned an ok but not particularly exciting stay into something rather special.

Essendo su una strada di scorrimento è stato molto facile raggiungerlo , dotato di un ampio parcheggio è stato ancor più facile accedervi e lasciare comodamente l'auto all'interno del suo complesso . L'entrata dell'Hotel si trova a lato del loro Bar con veranda, e quindi non lasciatevi ingannare dal primo colpo d'occhio appena arrivati L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale , Fabio ci ha aperto la porta dopo che ci siamo annunciati e ci ha fatto accomodare gentilmente per il check in , chiedendoci se il viaggio era andato bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Una gentilezza che ormai va sparendo.... Espletate le formalità , Fabio ci ha mostrato la camera e ci ha fornito le nozioni che servivano durante il nostro soggiorno con molta professionalità! La camera 101 era bella, pulita e profumata , molto spaziosa con un terrazzo ampio da gustarsi il tramonto alla sera bevendo un buon calice di vino ! Tutto in perfetto ordine , bagno , armadi e letto molto confortevole , buona vivibilità e disimpegno agevole . La colazione viene fatta nel bar contiguo alle camere e ci si accede tramite una porta sulla quale è ben indicato il luogo delle colazioni . Altra sorpresa , quella della gentilezza nelle cameriere che cercano in ogni modo di accontentarvi per le vostre richieste . Un plauso a Sara per la sua creatività nel preparare i caffè macchiati , vi potreste emozionare nel vedere il vostro nome dentro un cuore di cioccolato ! Per inciso , in questo bar chi volesse mangiare alla sera ,preparano pure taglieri con prodotti locali e comunque avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta se volete fare pure l'aperitivo! Ch dire , hanno pure la SPA , ma per il poco tempo che avevamo non abbiamo potuto approfittarne , ma per il resto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ! Se dovessimo avere ancora bisogno di un punto d'appoggio quando saremo in zona , sicuramente la nostra scelta ricadrà su questo meraviglioso hotel! Enjoy di nome e di fatto! ホテルは市内中心部の郊外にありますが、車で旅行する場合はとても便利です。ダウンタウンに到着するには、徒歩で約15分かかります。私たちにとっては大丈夫です。とてもエレガントな場所だったことがわかりますが、残念ながら今では改修が必要です。私たちの部屋のいくつかのものは良い状態ではありませんでした。暖房システムは正常に機能していませんでしたが、幸いなことにレセプションの人はそれを修正するために誰かを送りました。私たちは、多くの騒音を出して眠れなくなった子供たちに少し不便でした。再び問題は解決されました。ホテルの最も優れたオファーは、レセプションエリアの何人かの人の親切さと親切さであると言うでしょう。素晴らしい男がいて、彼の名前を覚えていないことをとても残念に思います。朝食は大丈夫だった。改修にいくらかのお金を投資することは素晴らしいアイデアになるでしょう!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. Our experience with Radisson hotels is big, we stayed in different ones but Radisson Ferrara was something special! Clean, light and warm. Relatively close to many destinations like Venice, Bologna, Verona and even San Marino (just 1h 50 min drive). The restaurant positively surprised us with tasty food and a good selection of wines. But I would like to especially mention our waiter - Ionel. He’s a very kind, knowledgeable and positive person who served us all week long. He always knows what to offer us from the wines as an addition to the food, what kind of places to see around the hotel and was always ready to help with everything. Thank you, Ionel! We spent two nights at this charming property. Gorgeous building and located right in front of the Este castle. Super-enjoyable stay with excellent customer service for dining and sightseeing suggestions. Parking is also available (about 200 meters). Environmental friendly and very classy. A superb and unforgettable breakfast. Highly recommended if you are in Ferrara.

The pleasure of staying in this beautiful city was enhanced by this delightful hotel. It could not be more central. The welcome was always warm and friendly, my single room a very good size with a comfortable bed and the establishment kept at a very cosy temperature during a chilly week. The breakfast was splendid with good gluten-free provision, and over all I felt the stay was exceptional value. It was comforting and relaxing to come back here at the end of a day being a dutiful tourist!
