The beds are comfortable , apar**ent size is just right for my family for a night . The lady who checked us in , is not a good listener or maybe a little slow . We asked how the room gets cool when there’s only one air conditioner which is outside the rooms . She went ahead and read instructions from a booklet . We said we have the same AC in our home , we know how to operate, we want to point out if there is extra fan to cool our rooms . She said we just need to open our room so the air from the living room where the AC was will get inside our respective rooms . She also said we make sure we close the main door for which we almost LOL ! We are world travelers, we’ve been to the best hotels and accommodations , have experienced different cultures, but she thinks we haven’t seen an AC .She continued to teach us how to use the remote , all of us just holding our laughs until she left . Good gracious !!!! Please if you work at the front desk , have some education on customer service . She was on her tank top and shorts covered with tattoos when she met us . She actually just showed up at the door while we were getting our luggage’s from our vehicle . I also paid almost $400 with this tiny accomodation .

Beautifully clean, great hot shower (good pressure),comfortable clean bedrooms. In a peaceful nice area. Modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, hob. Easy to find, and easy check in. Would recommend as an alternative if not stopping in Queenstown

We were lucky to get the studio apar**ent upstairs. This was spacious and very comfortable. We had just spent a family weekend in Arrowtown and chose to have an extra night to have a dinner in Cromwell for an anniversary celebration. An added bonus was keeping the blinds up and watching all the fireworks on Guy Fawkes night. A lovely stay.

Booking was for family funeral, therefore made at short notice right before Labour Weekend. Our family room and studio were well presented, very clean, and spacious. Close to ‘downtown’ Cromwell - you can walk! Would definitely stay there again. Well priced.

I booked the executive room and on the day got a normal doubles room but still paid the price for the one I had booked on line. When I sent an on line enquiry about why I was given the wrong room, have nt bothered to reply. My executive room's exceptional views were of a dried out garden in the car park. Not impressed. Wouldn't go back again.

Back for the 4th time over the last 8 years , as always very clean and tidy and efficiently run , new lower additional family rooms are excellent , very quiet , plenty of parking , no reason why I would consider anywhere else to stay in Cromwell .

Having stayed in a less than desirable unit in Tekapo the night before, we were thrilled and relieved with the standard of the accommodation here. Staff were extremely friendly. The accommodation is spotless, very comfortable, and even though our unit was closest to the road, it was very quiet. Also, very close to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean, spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. The parking was good and the small outdoor area for each unit was a bonus. The location was within walking distance from the town centre.

Well presented. Comfortable King bed. Great shower.
