safe and clean and priced right. The shower is hard to figure out. You have to pull down the ring under faucet for shower mode. very weird! whoever purchased these faucets should be fired. You will realize this when u see it.

A clean, quiet inn with a friendly staff that was in a convenient location for my family visit. No frills, but perfectly pleasant stay.

The check in with the clerk was great. She was very nice and met all our expectations. The room on the other hand smelled bad and was freezing. It smelled like body odor and smoke. We didn’t stay the night we left early and stayed elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are large. The staff was great.

We were staying for 4 nights due to a family funeral. We booked 3 rooms. Upon check in the staff was very kind, pleasant, helpful. The hotel was not in very good shape. Not very clean. Our bathroom ceiling must have had a pretty significant leak at some point- very poor repair job and lots of mold in ceiling. When we first opened the room door we immediately smelled a foul odor. We figured out it was actually the water which was brown- from the tap and shower. Toilet water also brown. It seemed to get clearer after quite a long time running but still pretty gross. The only nice thing about this stay were the employees- I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I was surprised to see the hotel in such poor condition considering that it’s only been open for about 2 years. There were multiple unpatched holes that were partially obscured by switch covers and outlets, the carpet was significantly stained, and the AC unit was very musty. The bathtub stopper would not stay sealed and there was only lukewarm water from the faucets. Location was convenient to I-684 and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. I don’t think I’ll stay here again unless there is no availability elsewhere close to Danbury/Brewster

Wonderful staff on all shifts, room was very clean, breakfast was good the only thing was trash outside on Monday morning

Room was clean ,modern, quiet and initially exceeded our expectations. However it was difficult to understand how to use the shower. The handle to regulate the hot and cold water was difficult to understand as was the method to transfer the water from the bottom spout to the shower head. Fortunately a note on the sink gave a clue on how to transfer the water. Additionally the drain was stuck in the closed position and we could not get the drain to stay open unless we manually bent over the tub to hold it open. Very uncomfortable to do so. If not for the poor shower experience we would rate the hotel a 4.5 out of 5.

The room was extremely clean and comfy. The hotel overall was clean and welcoming. The included breakfast was nice and offered a lot of different options. The front desk staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy. If in NY again we will definitely stay here again.
