We had a reservation for 1 night (12th September) When we arrived the car park was empty and one ground floor window boarded up. We then noticed that all of the bedroom windows had their shutters down. Followed the "fallen over" sign to the entrance and to our horror that was totally boarded up. No notices, no e mail to tell us that the hotel was closed. I found the hotel telephone number and was told to go over to the Campanile. They had a reservation for us and even though their room rate was 69 euros, we were given the rate quoted by Kyriad. Surely it is better customer relations to warn us in advance that the hotel is closed and that a room had been reserved for us at the Campanile rather than leave it to us to find out I certainly wouldn't trust or use a Kyriad again.

Nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir un hôtel fermé depuis plus d’un an. D’un kyriad ce retrouver dans un première classe et aussi d’une chambre pour 4 personnes en famille couple et deux enfants se retrouver séparés merci l’ambiance. Très très déçu de notre séjours.
