イビス クリチバ バテル(Ibis Curitiba Batel)

Estive hospedada por 4 noites e foi uma agradável surpresa. Quarto recém-reformado, decoração de bom gosto, tamanho bom para o padrão Íbis, principalmente o banheiro . A localização é o ponto forte desta hospedagem; próximo a shoppings do Batel , lanchonetes e excelentes restaurantes. Local silencioso e de fácil acesso e estacionamento, principalmente para dias chuvosos e pessoas que aproveitam para receber visitas , com restaurante anexo em prédio histórico . Excelente atendimento. Banheiro com toalhas novas, box de vidro, ampla porta para acesso , somente o chuveiro precisa de maior pressão para ser considerado o melhor Íbis que já me hospedei .

Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....

Very well located hotel, with a simpatic staff. The room is clean and it's just what you need to a short stay. The only negative point is the shower. The shower box does not close correctly and you get all the bathroom wet.

The hotel is very well maintained and it is perfectly located (close to malls, restaurants, pharmacies). The staff was extremely kind!

Hotel moderno e confortável. O estacionamento é a parte e custa 28,00 a diária. Os funcionários são solícitos e cordiais. A cama não estava tão confortável, estava meio torta. O ar condicionado é silencioso e gela bem O chuveiro esquenta rápido e é bem quente

Hotel bem localizado, bom café da manhã (padrão), atendimento rápido. O serviço de limpeza de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, pois saí cedo, deixei a plaquinha para limpar e retornei no fim do dia, o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Outro ponto que acho seria bom resolver: a iluminação onde tem a mesa e vc pode precisar trabalhar com o note não é boa, não tem uma lâmpada específica.
