ナオ ビクトリア オステル(Nao Victoria Hostel)

I stayed in Nao Victoria for 5+ days. The staff are so kind and helpful. The dorms are comfortable and quiet (each bed has curtains, light and socket), as were the communal spaces- it was great to have a quiet afternoon reading or listening to music. The location was also great, 2 mins from the plaza de Armas. You could also leave your bags during multi day treks without issue. I actually returned to Nao Victoria after trying another hostel- best place I've stayed on my travels so far!

While I am not a hostel type of person as I prefer quiet and privacy, the Junior Suite at Nao Victoria Hostel was such a quiet, charming and delightful place to relax in the beautiful and vibrant center of Cusco. The hotel is beautifully decorated and with its nooks and crannies makes the guest feel like they are in an old fashioned charming European country estate which emphasizes the relaxing a**osphere. The staff is super helpful and helped arrange a taxi to the airport at a relatively early hour. Thank you to the staff of Nao Victoria Hostel!

Really good hostel and very friendly personnel. They do your laundry for a cheap price and you can have dinner as well. Many showers and toilets. Very good located in the heart of Cusco. Would definitely highly recommend!

Nice hostel. Friendly and helpful staff that speaks good English. The rooms are quite big and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean. Nice breakfast and will fill your water bottle with filtered water for free. Close to everything and good internet. Can get a bit loud at night. We had an interior room and with the doors closed still heard some music.

It's my second time in Noa Victoria. I love it! Great location, 1/2 block away from Cusco main square. Large, beautiful colonial house adapted with modern options. Delicious food. The most competitive prices. The staff is genuinely nice. Simply a golden ticket, getting a spot in this hostel!

Perfect location super close to the central square (Plaza de Armas) and to very nice bars, restaurants and clubs. It´s still quiet and the beds in the dorms are comfy with personal curtain, power outlet and light. You get a very good night´s sleep. This is super important since they organize very nice daytrips to the most important destinations near Cusco for very affordable prices. The front desk people (especially Liz) are super nice and helped me organize my stay and what to do best on what day. The bathrooms and showers are clean and you get hot water which is all I can ask for at a hostel. I didn´t use the restaurant except for breakfast, which was solid but not spectecular.

Nice place, but they have a very sleazy scheme to increase your rate if you book online in USD. When you get there they demand USD cash... in peru. They can take credit but for some reason are "unable" to charge USD. (Unlike every other hotel in Peru I've been to). They then convert your rate to Soles at the hotels "private" exchange rate which is in their favor. Essentially they add 10% to your agreed upon rate with this scheme. I talked to the manager about this and he smiled the whole time as if this was a perfectly ok thing to do. " Sir I cannot do anyyhing it is our policy to set our own exhange rate". I did not have the same luck as the other reviewer who was able to get then to back down on the charge. No other place in Peru pulled this trickery on me.

Excellent service in the hostel friendly staff comfy beds. Resteraunt is brilliant. Best meal in cusco and very well priced. (chicken skewer snack) Would happily stay here again. Beds have curtains in the dorms, plenty of toilets for the shared dorms too. All very clean.

paid 55 soles for a bunk. Free bedsheet, pillow and wifi. 5 soles extra if you need a towel. Breakfast included. 5 soles extra if you need egg in breakfast. Free Maida Bun. coffee, juice, butter and jam. Hostel was almost empty. They created a scene when I asked for a 12:00 noon checkout. Which is just 2 hrs more. Most hostels in Cusco offer 12:00 noon checkout by default. Never given early check in either. Stayed at 5 different hostels in Cusco. I never liked the staff here. Nice place if you want to sleep and meditate as it is quite and peaceful. Stay one night and then decide to extend as they dont offer refund. Hostel is always empty. They even gave me a torn 5USD and refused to take it back. I dont see people doing long stay here like other hostels.
