ダフラ カイトサーフ ワールド(Dakhla Kitesurf World)

Having come to Dakhla to kitesurf among others, I soon found out that most of the hotels catering to this audience is located 20 km or so from the city center, close to where most of the kitesurfing is done. Many hotels include an all-inclusive deal (food and accomodation) which is quite neat given the remote location and since you are there to kitesurf and not for fine dining. Please however note that the hotel does not offer an opportunity to buy wine or beer like nearby hotels. That said, food is good. When there is no wind the hotel offers trips to various attractions nearby and, if you are a solo traveller like me, helps you group up with other people when going to these sights. Please note that these trips include little or no guidance as to what you see (in particular if you do not speak Arabic or French), so you have to read about these place beforehand by yourself. Also, please, if there is a delay or misunderstanding (such as having to wait one hour for your guide to pick you up!), you have to pay for the full tour anyhow. No mercy on that one! Lastly, on their webpage it is indicated that you can buy different packages (eg including sunset walk, oyster tasting…), however none of this will happen if you do not pay for it. So as such it is not really a package deal. Therefore, you might as well buy your stay through ********** og similar. If coming back to Dakhla again, I will find another hotel.

I had a wonderful kite trip at this place. Food is really good and the staff is very friendly & helpful.

From collection at the airport to return at the end of the stay this was a great trip. The team were lovely, helpful, spoke excellent English, welcoming. We took 2 trips with them which they tailored to our requirements, and which were very good value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just be aware that in order to be eco-friendly they turn off the generators at 3 points in the day which means a cold shower during those times and no phone charging. Wifi (which was actually one of the best i have had in Morocco!) does still work though ;-) All inclusive food was plentiful, if a little carb-heavy for my tastes, but perfectly good. Overall good value for money and a lovely stay, would come back for sure.

bon rapport qualité prix, avec une vue interressante sur la lagune, le spot est bien placé avec une accès facile et direct sur le plan d'eau, seul inconvénient personne pour aider a porter le matos, malgré ça j y retournerais un jour mais pas en couple juste en voyage solo

J’ai réservé pour un séjour de 3 nuitées et 4 jours avec pack découverte, et j’ai été déçu de tout sans exception Aucun service, pas de réceptionniste ni bagagiste pour m’aider on ne m’informe qu’après avoir demandé un responsable que l’électricité n’est disponible que quelques heures de la journée et couvre feux à minuit (quelles vacances) La bouffe n’en parlons même pas ils nous donnent à manger selon leur guise nous n avons de menu pour choisir et une fois j’ai dit mon fils ne mange pas ça limite on me dit à prendre ou à laisser et ils ont rien proposé à mon fils qui est resté sur sa faims. Ménage des chambres non fait un passage pour marquer juste la présence, douches dégoûtante les draps meme pas propres le jour de notre arrivée toutes tachées. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, le pack que j’ai payé à l’avance grosse arnaque (visit des dunes blanche et la source ( ou on me demande de payer après le jet d’eau) visite de la ville et dégustation des huîtres ＞ personne ne vient nous chercher Bon un très très mauvais souvenir mes enfants étaient dégoûtés comme pas possible On a payé cher un service qui n’est absolument pas disponible

Cet hotel ne propose que des bungalows de toute petite taille beaucoup trop petits pour acceuillir 3 adultes dans des conditions convenables Leaplage est Trop éloignée.
