We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite. We decided to stay for another day. Everything is perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff and service were excellent! Location is very close to the railway station.

Very pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. Better than what many 5 star hotels provide. Plus everything seemed to have been very recently renovated, which made for a very comfortable stay!

一直都是喜歡華住的酒店，以前入住美侖沒有這次這麼不好的體驗，普通雙床房不在美侖主樓，而是在後院，再上一個斜坡的樓，雖然只是轉車入住，但是長者本來腿腳也不好，年輕人拖着行李箱要上下那個斜坡都是非常困難，衞生就很一般，馬桶污漬很多，早餐也在主樓，為了不來回走，於是領着行李出來寄存，再去吃早飯。體驗感非常不好。房間舒適度也很一般，再細説也不利於酒店，只是書寫主觀體驗感。

酒店地理位置很好，和火車站在同一條街道上，隔幾百米，馬路都不用過就可以去火車站，而且房間玻璃隔音效果很好，睡覺很安靜，很適合一早趕火車。
酒店設施很新很高大上，洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機是我住過的酒店裡最好的。
早餐種類豐富，味道也好。
酒店服務很好，熱情，有求必應。
稍有不足的是衞生間的洗手枱和洗澡間得隔斷是透明的，帶娃洗澡刷牙洗小衣服要一個個來，比較久，建議弄個簾子或者把玻璃弄成磨砂的。

房間乾濕三分離非常好👍服務員都非常熱情，服務態度很棒，有接送站服務，特別是小字這個小夥子，退房時去房間幫我們拿行李，還送我們到火車站，非常有禮貌🌹🌹🌹酒店的早餐品種多樣非常好吃😋美中不足的是淋浴間沒有掛衣服的地方，高級雙床房的位置不在主樓，如果是下雨天的話，拿着行李過去或者吃早餐都不太方便。
