바로 도로옆에 위치하여 저녁에 소음이 좀 있습니다. 그러나 청결하고 딱 잠만 자고 나올거면 큰 무리 없습니다.

The desk man was rude and disrespectful. He was unwilling to put in that the television was broken and the lights didn't work. The sheets were old and dirty and had been clearly sleep in.

Great custer service and awesome staff. Checked in and out in a breeze. Definitely would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay it’s real quiet. Convenient to the highway. Will book again.

It was a rainy, cold and dreary Thursday night in Dallas. The young man at check in could not have been more pleasant. As he was checking me in I noticed he had me in an upstairs room and asked for ground floor which he quickly accommodated for me and did not even roll his eyes!!(not that I saw anyway) again he was very pleasant and efficient. The next morning my flight was delayed due to weather. I called the front desk and asked if I could delay check out one hour and again she was as accommodating as the young man the night before. When I finally did check out she didn’t charge for my extension and was so nice and wished me Happy Holidays. I know this type things can’t always happen, but when they can it so very much appreciated, and the fact that it was all done with smiles and thank yous goes a very long with me and my return business.

I got two dirty rooms and the third one was a very small bed and was not what I expected

Dirty/dingy. Cleaning was done but there's more of a maintenance issue. The design of the modern Motel 6 threw industrious- made for heavy use materials out the window and replaced them with CHEAP PLASTIC materials that wear down quickly and look cheaper than what they replaced. WHAT A SHAME! Especially for the price! Phone in the room didn't work-couldn't even call the front desk. Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk! Had to turn in my Drivers License to pick up an ironing board and iron! I shouldn't have to waste 5 minutes of my life writing this review. I hope it makes a difference. Not the Motel 6 I grew up with!

Not too big of a deal, I guess, but there wasn't any coffee left at 9am this morning. And the desk clerk wasn't willing to make any. Instead he suggested to use the hot water and make instant decaf. Not really great customer service or the way I want to start my day.

The receiving staff was friendly. The other folks around the room were too loud and crazy.
