ホテルはきれいだった唯一の欠点はターンオーバーサービスがなく、メイドは私たちがタオルとシーツを求めていることを理解できませんでした

Staff was friendly and took care of me quickly. I stay in hotels a lot and am used to broken items but saw none. Breakfast was the common fare. Hot food was hot. Juices cold. I had a good stay.

Decent Hotel for a quick business trip attached to the conference center. Staff needs more training the front desk was more interested in what was on their social media than guests

Hard to tell much about the staff, we have barely seen anyone , including waiting 10 minutes to check in.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn several years ago and was impressed by the condition of the property and the attention to details. The door to the room did not slam shut and the carpeting was padded so you were not hearing others roaming around all the time. This visit, there was a trail of crumbs up the stairs that no one bothered to vacuum by the next day. The condition of the room was not as good like it had seen heavy use. The breakfast was decent and went beyond just bagels and cereal. It is an acceptable place to stay but nothing special.

Bathroom sink drained really slow. I could smell the drain cleaner used to unplug it throughout the room. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to report the issue.

Some of the property is remodeled. I was in a room that had been redone so it was ok (the carpet was pieces together & didn’t match up). The other hallway was very outdated & seemed dirty (but maybe just because it was old carpet). It was quiet & comfortable though.

It was more than expected . The breakfast options changed the next day were fewer alternatives

It was quiet at night. The shower was barely hot, and the breakfast was not good but the gentleman that served it was delightful.
