I have been absolutely thrilled. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff from the receptionist to porters smile genuinely and are always there to listen. Thanks Joshua, Jackob, Irene, Hadija and others.

Customer service is very good. Thanks to the receptionist, barman and Joshua who made the stay very enjoyable. A small inconvenient with the room was quickly fixed and the staff were very accomodating on different elements. The room is big and confortable.

Spacious, cleanest rooms, excellent customer care, friendly staff, great ambience. The towels are sparkling clean. The generosity of the space in the rooms is unmatched, rich breakfast that one is spoilt for choice!, rare unique juice!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We stay here when in Dar es Salaam! All of the staff is wonderful! Food delicious! Rooms delightful! Great beds! Very friendly and helpful in every way! We will definitely return as often as possible! Zawadi, Irene, Joshua, Jacob, all the cooks and kitchen help were all excellent 👌 The cleaning staff were very good as well! Highly recommended!

1.The room, cleanliness was fantastic I would say. 2.The high level of hospitality was awesome really. 3.Not sure if you always doing a refresher training for your employes as they were all time stick to the standards. Much appreciate to all but really inspired with receptionist welcoming from miss Julieth and indeed the test of food and service from Ashura and his crew. Planned to have a private visit again. Irene, Jacob, anna,shrifa and all staffs are very kind and nice. very confortable night and great breakfast When i checked in, they said breakfast time is 6 to 10 but breakfast starts 6:30 everything was good bytheway The location is good to go shopping too!

The hotel is clean and nice. The food is good. Staff is great (thanks Joshua), very friendly. Hotel has private guarded parking. Room is spacious and quiet , bed is comfortable. The hotel is in safe neighbourhoods and is in a walking distance to the beach.
