Premier Inn Darlington Town Centre

I’d like to give this night a better review but our sleep was disturbed by a member of staff I can understand if it had been merry guests after a Friday night out but it was a man in hotel uniform in the corridor outside our 2nd floor room. No complaint about our room at all it was clean comfortable and roomy but spoilt by that staff member running up the corridor and being loud resulting in us having a broken sleep and being tired most of Saturday. Room 9/10 but service 0/10 if we could

Lovely clean hotel . Very lovely comfortable room . Very friendly staff ( Alex at breakfast was very lovely to chat to , she is a real asset to the hotel ) . Absolutely no faults . 10/10 . Thank you to reception staff for allocating me a quiet room as requested, slept very well .

Got here by train on east coast line. It's Clean and very Comfortable. Freindly Hotel Staff. The food was absolutely delicious. And the chef was very helpful as well. Would Highly Recommend booking another visit.

Jamie and the team where fantastic as always. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Checkin was very easy and fast. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped. The beds are so comfortable I can't fault anything.

Brilliant hotel in the centre close to everything. Staff where lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean and well kept with everything you need. Only downside is the parking and how expensive it is. However we would recommend and come again

A lovely, clean and welcoming hotel. Rebecca on reception greeted me with a smile and a friendly face. She was helpful and engaging. The room was clean and quiet! I’m returning next month as I can’t fault the staff here. Well located and very reasonably priced.

The hotel welcome was very good and efficient. The staff were polite and friendly, in particular Katy the work experience lady was well presented and communicated well. The hotel was spotlessly clean from reception to the dining area and rooms. The shower was great and powerful. Overall an excellent stay.

We stayed overnight and this location was superb for our needs. I always use premium inn for my budget overnight stays. But we revived 5* customer service from a gentleman called Branden. Before we arrived I made a call to the hotel we’re he gave us directions and advise for Parking. We had a friendly and swift and checkin. This was followed by great help on booking a taxi to our destination and returning journey. Next morning again his service and personality shone through. A credit to your chain!
