Visited Palm Wings Beach Resort for a week in October 2023 with my partner. Out of season, however we still had an enjoyable experience. Hotel itself was lovely, clean and well maintained. In short - main reason for 3/5 is mainly due to the extremely poor and disappointing entertainment & animation team, and the somewhat mediocre food served. Room: We had a regular room was always cleaned every day by the cleaners, who always said hello every morning. We was very lucky to have a stunning sea-view where we watched the sun set most nights. HOWEVER - Our door looked to have been kicked in previously and fixed on the cheap - this concerned us a little but still locked. Staff: The staff at the hotel were mostly extremely friendly and helpful - however some were notably miserable and few bar staff were rude at times. I heard a few couples complain about them during our stay. Hotel: The hotel was lovely and clean and the green areas were watered daily. Pool area was nice however blasted loud music during most of the day - which was okay however repeated the same music. The hotel had a kids area and slides, which looked quite good. Food & drinks: Food was a bit hit & miss. I did enjoy a lot of the food however I did notice that some nights the chicken was quite pink - my partner didn’t want to eat some meats as she was pregnant at the time of travel & didn’t want to take any risks. The grill was nice most nights however did not even see it until 5 days in as it was very tucked away from the rest of the food buffet. Deserts were very nice & baklava was so gorgeous! Drinks were ok - but cocktails were watered down, but that’s to be expected. ‘Entertainment’: The entertainment was honestly abysmal and is the main reason for 3/5. Don’t get me wrong, for a few nights we had really good entertainment - especially the African dancers and Turkish night. However to say a RAFFLE is entertainment for one night is a joke. This happened twice and these raffle tickets are sold at 10 euro for 2. For the prises too, this is a rip off. Since the raffle ‘entertainment’ we skipped watching it half-way through the holiday and instead played in the games room - which was very good! The entertainment team was also quite rubbish. I understand that it was close to closing period (Nov-Jan I think), they did not seem bothered and put 0 effort into encouraging people to get involved! ALSO - NO DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT APART FROM DARTS! On the TUI website, we was told water sports - netball, water aerobics etc but none of this happened. Was very disappointed with this and left us with a ‘nothing to do’ feeling in the evenings after food. OVERALL - We did not regret this holiday as we did enjoy it, however we’re left disappointed by the entertainment & average food.

The animation team is amazing! The activities are just so much fun! Big thank you to: Sabri, Romeo, Hassan, Sterling, Gigi and Bella! The buffet is good with much variation and the accommodation is also good! The swimup room is spacious, calm and nice! I would recommend it to young and old!

First and foremost we loved our 7 night stay at Palm Wings. The animation team and most of the bartenders were really friendly. The main important thing to know is that there are cats that roam the complex, so stay away / bring meds if you are allergic. (Yes they also roam the restaurant and some guests fed them from their tables) We have a few tips from our experience: - Use the tennis court! It was so much fun and easily forgotten it's there - Don't expect much from the Gym (the cable machine and cycling machine were broken and the heaviest weight was a single 20kg dumbbell) so get creative - Book a massage package, it was an amazing experience and good value - Book your a la carte evening early to ensure you have your choice of restaurant and on the night you want - Don't get too friendly with the cats - (one bit my boyfriend so now we have to go and get rabies shots) - You don't need to bring towels as they're all provided (so save that luggage space!) - Alcoholic drinks are made very strong by default so ask if you want them weaker - Go for a walk outside the complex, there is a lovely stretch of decking if you turn right when you walk to the beach, where we watched the sun set one evening - Bring jumpers for the evening if you are going in October! The complex is kept very clean and tidy, and the daily cleaner did a good job. However, they clean the rooms not knowing when someone has checked out (so it's not a deep clean - unsure if we had fresh bed sheets when we arrived).

We stayed at the hotel from September 21 to October 2 . We liked the hotel . We arrived at night, we were immediately checked into a room in block C on the ground floor. At the reception we asked for a quiet room as we are resting with a child. The number suited us. The beach is great! It was a little stormy. There were enough sun beds. Cleaned the beach well. The sea is a little cooler , warmer after lunch . I also liked the kitchen, meat, fish, turkey, mussels, there was enough of everything. There is no children's menu, but there is a children's buffet in the evening, in general, the child (1 year and 4 months) ate adult food well. Wi-Fi worked well only in the room in the dining room and in the main building. There is a small playground and a children's room with an animator. Disco for children at 21.00 Adult shows at 22:00 (which we have never been to) We took a taxi to Kusadasi for 20 euros . I recommend an excursion to Ephesus, we really liked it. Near the hotel there are shops and a market if you need to buy something. The only negative is the road to the hotel, it was quite long 2-2.5 hours. It was quite difficult to go with a child.

This hotel is nice but as the title explains it's nothing special. Having stayed in a few all Inclusive resorts in Turkey this doesn't have any little extra touches to make it stand out, that being said we've had a lovely week and would recommend this hotel. We originally booked an economy room and when we arrived it was exactly that, it was disappointing as I had emailed the hotel prior to explaining I would be happy to pay to upgrade and to ask if they could have a little wine and fruit in the room on arrival for my husbands Birthday and I would cover any additional cost. They said this was fine but nothing there on arrival, when I saw how dismal the room was staring out at a white wall with no balcony to sit out on I rang and asked if we could upgrade they were accommodating of this and paid £154 for the week to upgrade to a swim up room. This we believed absolutley made our holiday it was basically a private pool and if you are adults not wanting noisy children in the pool then this is a must we spent all of our afternoons there. Food is OK some days better than others, you get one Al a carte per stay we chose the Turkish which was really nice. Otherwise the food is typical all inclusive with no stand outs. The beach is nice plenty of sun loungers nice back drop of the mountains. The entertainment was not great of you are adults seeking evening entertainment it starts with over an hours worth of random children dancing on the stage, the other entertainment doesn't start until after 10pm and unfortunately we were tired from the sun most nights to stay up usually we enjoy this starting after dinner (this may seem silly to some) staff are fairly friendly and work hard, the gosleme in the snack bar is a must but we were turned away on our last day as it closes at 5pm and tried to order at 16.45 after trying to wait for the que to go down, so make sure you leave plenty of time to order if its what you really want (they do work hard in extremely hot temperatures) disappointing but not the end of the world, tried then to order a pide but was told they were closed despite it not being 5pm the guy clearly didn't want to fire the oven up again not the end of the world. Beds are not overly comfy and the pillow could do with being more comfortable for those pillow lovers out there hopefully you'll understand they are lumpy and bumpy. Kusadasi town is about 25 mins away we took the bus which was 1 euro each it was an interesting experience and we enjoyed it, we got a taxi back which cost us 12 euro. Guest relation staff are not overly friendly and could be more helpful they look like they are sat doing nothing all day and when you ask them something they look disinterested the reception staff are really helpful. The drinks menu is limited with nothing special on there they coukd do with adding a few extra touches here. We took a private transfer from the airport which took an hour and 30 minutes I dread to think what the bus journey would have been.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the entertainers engaging - as I'm sure is their job, but they do it well. There's an ample amount of food and drink throughout the day too, including ice cream, a poolside snacks bar and fresh gozleme (stuffed Turkish pancakes). The evening entertainment visitors provided ample skills and abilities to keep guests entertained after the sunsets too, especially the fire show and acrobatic dancers. There did seem to be a slight delay however on the setup, and there was usually a 15-20min delay compared to the advertised start times. The pool is quite sizeable, although (half of it) can be disrupted by daily activities put on by the entertainment team - it's not a big deal, but it can effect those wanting to swim one end to the other. Get that done in the morning. The beach is literally just across the promenade too. From frequent visits to Turkey over the last few years, this resort actually has a TUI rep which is a welcome addition; for information about the hotel, to local catering suggestions through to the booking of trips. Plenty going on for kids too, from the daily kids club activities, to the evening dance entertainment shows. Would also recommend the Turkish Spa treatment; best taken earlier in your holiday if you've an interest in going home glowing - something to do with skin cells, if you have the spa treatment too late they'll just wipe away all your tanned skin! Do beware though, the actual spa workers (as I expect is common) work long hours, long weeks, for what I imagine is minimal pay, so tips, I'm sure would be appreciated on your way out. And then there's the cons - because there's no such thing as perfect. Despite what may seem like a modern(ish) gym facility from the photos, the gym here is small, dated and doesn't seem to have any air conditioning, nor does it open until 9am. The same disappointment can be attached to the 'entertainment room' which has a single pool table and some ************* (not covered in the all inclusive package). If you're active, or an early riser, you'll likely find yourself sitting around a bit in the mornings - short of a stroll or run up the promenade. Normally you may go to the gym, but in this case, you'd have to wait around till 9am and squeeze into a box. Breakfast starts at 7. Hotel staff could do with enforcing some policies too, such as appropriate restaraunt attire, smoking, eating restaurant food around the pool, and the reservation of sun beds etc.. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot going on outside of the resort either, but Kusadasi is only a 20-30min taxi journey away (at €15-20). There's plenty to see there if you want to escape the resort for a few hours - or the day, and that's in addition to the TUI excursions as well as those offered from beachfront adventure teams. Also not specific to the hotel either, but something to be aware of; visiting Germans apparently lack manners and seemingly haven't quite grasped the concept

I had spent a week in this resort & nothing was too much trouble. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff were all pleasant and very good. The front desk Manager was also very helpful. The food choice was very good and always plenty to eat. The property was clean and the staff kept on top of it. The outdoor pools are not heated and the water can be cold during May to June. there is lots to do for the children including water slides and kids pools as well as a Kids club. Kusadasi the town was excellent and a market every Saturday was really busy. The Marina was also pleasant and great for a walk on the evenings. No English Channels on the TV. In case you want to spend some time in your room. This is not a negative criticism. All in all a great place to spend some quality time to relax.

Gorgeous hotel grounds and pools the food and restaurant are hot and cold meaning the restaurant is like eating in a sauna and by the time u get back with your meal it’s cold badly organised layout making unnecessary queuing! The choice and quality of the food is more 2* definitely not 4 * by a long way the entertainment is rubbish nothing to do on a night but watch couple singers on terrace bar and the other is in the amphitheatre where u are sat on plastic seats on concrete not suitable for adults no tables or anything for comfort and if u not sat in front of stage pointless only had 1 professional act on in 1 week the lobby bar/ reception is nice but after nearly 2 weeks of same thing it’s abit tiresome! The bars are quick serving and good standard. Booked the hol here mainly for the good entertainment but it’s pathetic!! 4* and TUI platinum no chance!! food and restaurant needs sorting out so if undecided about booking here try somewhere else would be my advice…. We are still here btw!!!

Could not wish for a nicer hotel, everywhere so clean and tidy, drop a grain of salt and someone is there to sweep it up! The staff are brilliant, friendly and really helpful. This was our second visit to this hotel, the first being for my sister and her husbands honeymoon in 2019 and we could not fault a thing except for there being no English speaking tv channels apart from news ones! This visit we had rooms on the 12th floor with great views and a large balcony. I don't sleep well at home but no probs here, slept well. On first inspection very little had changed, including the TV progs, it was when we went in to dine...OMG, the majority of the food was awful! Overcooked meat, tasteless soup tasteless cold vegetables, most of it was either lukewarm or cold even though it was in one of those roll top dishes with the temps displayed underneath...yeah right! About the only thing that was consistently hot were the chips as they had to keep filling the dish up to keep up with demand. all desserts looked amazing but they all tasted of...nothing! Tell a lie their version of a choc mousse...blancmange to us...that had flavour. Restaurant opened at 7am but we might of had to wait up to twenty minutes for bread to turn up, this happened on a couple of occasions...if a restaurant opens at 7 all things should be in place for the guests. The snack bar wasn't much better but we could understand the food being less than hot shall we say as it is outdoors, the only thing that had any sort of flavour was the chicken kebab meat. Breakfast is the best meal of the day as far as I was concerned, hot toast and hot fried eggs. I usually like porridge when I go on holiday but that was a no no too. they had "oats and milk" and that was it literally, a big container of lukewarm milk and uncooked oats in the bottom. We had a word with the guest relations lady, Kelly...lovely lady...and she tried to explain to the kitchen staff how the Brits like their porridge cooked she even showed them pictures...all she got told was this is how Turkish people eat it...they are not catering for just Turkish...what about all the other nationalities! I managed to have proper porridge one day as I found the microwave and cooked it myself, it was lovely. My brother-in-law likes porridge so the next day we both collected our "oats and milk" went to the microwave only to find the porridge wouldn't cook, on inspection it looked like they had changed the type of oats! on a couple of other days there were so called cornflakes floating on the top of the milk, why, who knows. I only got one lot of porridge on this holiday, brother-in-law, none! The soft drinks were well watered down grabbed a glass of pineapple juice/squash from the machine in the dining room again literally no flavour, t bags were rubbish too...i'm sure last time we were there they had Liptons English breakfast tea, don't know name of the rubbish ones they got now. we had a great holiday though despite the food and we hope to
