The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. Room was well done-up and provided with all amenities including toiletries and even an electric iron, tea kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Staff was well behaved and polite. Even during our complimentary breakfast, restaurant staff was quite caring and whatever we asked for, they served us. The quality of food was good. Overall, our impression was good about the property.

Pros: it's a 4 star property. Food was good. Hotel is maintained. Cost wise great choice. Cons: location is far. It's a end of dehradun on saharanpur road. 30 minutes to clock tower. The rooms have no view, not even premium.

I spent about a 6 days at Fairfield by Marriot in Dehradun as I was here for research work. The staff is extremely courteous and paid attention to my smallest needs. From the check-in staff to kitchen to housekeeping, everyone made sure everything was well-done and every single need was met. Breakfast buffet is already fantastic with all the variety plus the wonderful chefs and serving staff personalizing the dishes and taking care of you makes the hospitality truly heart-warming. Abhinav is a fantastic sous-chef, he made sure to especially make and bring for me some items off the menu without even asking, because I had asked for it a day before when it were not available. Manoj from the serving staff greeted me every time at the restaurant and made sure I had everything I needed and more. He would recommend what I could and should take even when I couldn't think of anything more I needed. Every morning, he very kindly packed me some take away fruits and hot-chocolate for my long work day ahead. On my last day, I got a little farewell treat organized by chefs Abhinav, Naveen and staff Priyanshu. The little gestures from the staff exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again when in the area and also highly recommend the place for short as well as longer stays as the prices are fairly decent given the kind of services and hospitality, compared to exaggerated 5-star prices in the mountains.

From the Check In at the front desk, courtesy and speed displayed, to the very neat room, and the upkeep of the resort surroundings ,it was impressive. Any requirements were promptly addressed. The Sous Chef with his staff took care of us with great courtesy and promptness. The serving staff made us feel as if we were very special and.family. LOVELY ONE WEEK WE SPENT.

AAnnThe stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay.
Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide.
We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

Elegantly maintained property. Needs a little bit of walk depending on the time of arrival because the Mall Road gets closed. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is awesome. We loved the spread at breakfast - had many live counters. Navratri thali for dinner was delicious. Lalit Pant took good care of us during breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights with family in two deluxe rooms,106 and 107. Luckily weather was excellent. Mr Shivank at the reception was very polite and helpful to allot rooms immediately on early arrival. Well furbished,cozy rooms, best amenities. It is a heritage property with the old world charm. Though limited choice in buffet, their a la carte fare was veey delicious. Enjoyed cocktail and beer in their cute bar. Over all nice stay surrounded by greenery

Awesome experiences at the Hyatt centric Dehradun, specifically food during our stay was great with lots of varieties and hospitality was excellent with peoples like Chef Naveen which are always with you during destination visits. We will definitely come again next time and recommend our friends too. Lastly 100 marks to food we loved it too much..👌👌👌👌

I visited the hotel in May, with my husband. Reached late in the night. The next day we were called to check out multiple times even before the checkout time and the owner of the hotel who sits there started shouting on top of his voice. Saying I am the owner of this property and I dont care about anything. There was a minor delay in checkout like 15 -20 mins nothing major. And not like there was a queue of people wanting to check in! The sheets on the bed were not changed and the toilet also appeared used and dirty. It was late in the night so we decided that it's not safe to keep looking for hotels given that I was accompanying my husband Such poor service. I asked for green tea and that dint arrive. Saying you have to check out ma'am. Filthy hotel. I strongly recommend against going here. There are many other places where you can have a hygienic and a respectful stay. Horrid experience. ❌️ Absolute No I believe that he has made this hotel only for himself. We should help him in the cause by not going there. And let him stay peacefully in HIS HOTEL. THIS *** NEEDS TO MEDITATE ALL BY HIMSELF!

THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SERVICE AND HELP WERE PRETTY GOOD. EVEN THE ROOMS AT THAT RATE WERE UNBELIEVEABLE. THE WASHROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND BALCONIES HAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WASHROOM.
