Excellent service, very kind staff. Food at the restaurant was amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. Great location and very stylish inside. I accidentally left some clothes in my room before flying back to the UK and they posted them back on the same day.

The hotel was next to a busy road but the room was very well isolated. For a business trip is the location is perfect because it is close to highway A35. Staff was friendly and do their best. The reservation was for a junior suite and although the room is spacious the 'junior suite' designation is slightly 'misguiding'. A junior suite is normally elegantly furnished with a bed and a sitting area with two-sitter sofa. In the room there are only 2 chairs, a writing desk and a small coffee table, no sofa although there are enough space. As stated before the room was of a good size, comfortable bed but outdated and needs a renovation. The sink was brown coloured by limescale (?) and corner of writing desk drawer was broken. A bit disappointing as other reviews of the room are rather good. However we are spoiled guests, extensively travelling round the world staying in well appointed hotels. The reviewers mentioned the restaurant is very good, we should try this next time. Breakfast was good but pricey for what they offer

Extremely disappointing and very inhuman guest treatment. We did not get our room we paid for. We were driving for 11 hrs to get to the hotel and Because our child was taken to hospital we were late to check in which we informed staff off. There is No staff in the hotel over night in case of emergency I wonder if this is even legal to leave guests in the building with No help on site.

We arrived with car and two bicycles, free parking and locked bicycle room, great! Comfortable room, very good breakfast and the restaurant is excellent!

The heating didn’t work

I enjoyed this hotel and area around. Free parking, good brekfast.

Het restaurant is aangesloten bij JRE dus ik verwachtte een goede maaltijd. Daarin zeker niet teleurgesteld. Het eten was heerlijk en vooral het dessert zeer verrassend van smaak. Enige kritiek is de bediening. Die is traag en niet attent. Na het aperatief werd niet op eigen initiatief gevraagd of we interesse hadden in een glas wijn of iets anders bij het eten. Eenmaal de aandacht getrokken van de bediening en besteld werd zonder te laten proeven ingeschonken “dit is onze huiswijn”. Klokklokklok. Er werd ook geen keuze aangeboden uit open wijnen, kennelijk is de keus huiswijn rood of wit. Het weghalen van legen borden en aperatiefglazen duurde lang. En bij de bestelling van de koffie vroegen wij ons ernstig af of men afgereisd was naar Brazilie om de koffiebonen vers te plukken gelet op de wachttijd. Normaliter is het niet een enorm punt maar we moesten nog een eind naar huis rijden.
