We had 3 repair guys in our room at two different times for a one-night stay. We had to leave the room twice for an hour for the living room lights' Bluetooth to be repaired at arrival, and then the shower faucet replaced and plumbing fixed in the morning. They claimed the 11th floor $50 charge was an upgrade with free snacks-but only soda and candy? The manager was very unprofessional and tried avoiding us to discuss things- and finally came out to the front desk and said she would refund our stay through an ******* request, but then denied the request after we checked out! Very unfortunate experience with their poor management especially when it is a new building with a beautiful lobby with bar and a restaurant. Shame.
