"Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7"
