Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer mit super Garten ! Das Restaurant war super ! Leider bei 5 Sterne klein Wasser im Zimmer und Nespresso Maschine Es war auch kein Kosmetik Sachen oder Seife !! Service im Zimmer Ok

This is an excellent hotel! Reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and we never felt rushed with our queries. Every area of the hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are well cared for by the numerous gardeners. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate your clothes. Large bathroom with large shower. Pools are well maintained with plenty of comfortable padded sunbeds and no problem finding one to flop onto whatever time of day you decide to turn up. The pool attendants are the best I have ever seen and actively help people to put up sunshades and locate them exactly as you want. The waiting staff servicing the pool areas work tirelessly to supply drinks and snacks. The restaurants are excellent with great quality food. We visited both a la carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Waiting staff are always welcoming and efficient in their duties. The location of the hotel is excellent. The promenade gives easy access to the Maspalomas beach and dunes. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. We will definitely be returning 😊

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Every attention to detail. Excellent choice of food especially if you like seafood. Best internet speed ever in a hotel. Quality of evening shows first class. Sometimes 3 acts . Quality of service first class. We had a small issue with tv remote and shower, maintenance man was there in 5 mins to resolve. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Kitchen staff and management don’t give a damn about food intolerance, dietary requirements or any complaints you might care to make , if you have any food allergies or require vegetarian food etc Don’t come here ! Hospital is close by and get good insurance, food marked as vegetarian has shellfish /fish/meat/meat products in . I have spoken to the head waiter , head chef and manager and they all just say the labels are produced by head office and they can’t control them. My advice would be to go elsewhere possibly Dunas hotel who did seem to try and accommodate dietary needs. Hotel rooms , public areas and location is excellent and the staff are friendly and hard working

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel several times and every time we enjoy it even more than the last The staff are all wonderful but in particular Domingo on the reception who was very welcoming when we arrived and Joanne in the dining room who provided first class service We would also like to thank the hotel for the lovely wine flowers and chocolate left in our room for our anniversary The neon party at the hotel next door was a great experience We hope to return soon

We returned to our favourite hotel in Gran Canaria again to escape the miserable UK weather and found yet again it is like going home except with sunshine. The staff as usual were attentive and helpful where needed. The only disappointment was the relaxation of dress code in the evening whereby gentlemen are now allowed to wear shorts, this I am told was brought on to RIU by TUI to my mind its a retrograde step in a 5 star hotel, what next vests , football shirts , baseball caps back to front . I will make my feeling know to TUI as this is a slippery slope which only goes one way. We choose this class of hotel to exclude diminishing standards.

Great hotel, clean, fantastic food choice, very nice staff, great location, plenty of sun decks and sun beds.

Great location in fact everything was great. Wonderful area to spend a relaxing week or two. The weather is good no matter what time of year. The hotel quality of food is fabulous, pool areas and sun loungers all available with good selection. Cannot complete the review without mention of the staff, always a smile and certainly hard work to please their quests.

We have been coming to Riu Palace Meloneras for many years. As always, everything is of a high standard. We will definitely come again
