パガン アリーナ(Phangan Arena Hostel)

Hice la reserva por trip y cuando llegue al hostel me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva que volviera a pagar y reclamara el dinero, días después sigo sin recuperar mi dinero y me lo han cobrado de la cuenta, una vergüenza. Además el sitio era malo, muchísimo ruido por las noches y todo el día gente borracha

Very welcoming staff and great rooms, also lots of activities around the hostel with good food and refreshments, soda was the member off staff who made our last minute booking stress free. the location is also great with shops and restaurants nearby

Phangan Arena is an absolutely amazing, lively and fun hostel. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. But the main thing is the vibe and a**osphere. This place is absolutely perfect as a solo traveller or a young traveller. The bar is open 24/7 and I met so many really cool, interesting and fun people from around the world. I'm honestly so glad I chose to stay here. It's all about the vibes, and the vibes are brilliant here. Such a good a**osphere of likeminded travellers, and such a great place to meet people. Honestly one of my favourite places I've ever stayed. I know I'll be back to Koh Phangan soon, and I'll definitely be staying in Phangan Arena Hostel.

Great activities and nice vibe. Really good food. The absolute best thing was the football pitch, games every day for those who want to play, great games with good players. Pool table, bar and restaurant open at all times needed. Volleyball, small gym, basketball…you name it, fantastic. Great service as well. Loud music in the night since it’s a party hostel after all.

I was here for 5 nights, and have mixed feelings about this place, when we arrived the staff didn’t seem that helpful and when we finally checked in, we got the wrong room and had to go and ask what had gone wrong for them to say that the right room would be available the next day. Skip ahead to the day we checked out, everything seemed fine and we paid them to book a taxi to go to the pier the next morning, and then the morning arrives and we have to double pay because we didn’t get the right card to give the taxi driver. Very annoying having to deal with this at 4am. Also when we checked out, after the person helping us had fumbled with some passports for a while, the person ended up giving us the wrong passport. So now we have some strangers passport. We made a deal to send both, but then they sent someone to get the passport we have and he/she didn’t take our passport with them, and now it’s been a couple of days and we haven’t received our passport yet. Extremely annoying.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the worst place I have ever stayed we booked for 3 nights and left after 1. Mould everywhere.the rooms stink,unhelpful and moody staff. We arrived and got moved dorm room 3 times and then came back one evening to other guests sleeping in our beds leaving us to share a single bed between the 2 of us. Such an awful and unprofessional place to stay please avoid as it’s left us paying silly amounts of money to find other accommodation last minute :(

Booked with “free cancellation” for new years. I was charged straight away but cancelled more than a month before hand. I was then informed that once full payment is made there is no refund? Awful customer service, wouldn’t want to imagine what it’s like to actually stay there

Awful experience from start to finish... 1. Told check in was 3 but room was not ready till 4 2. Hotel room not on main premises, 10 min walk away. Website do not state this. 3. No en suite bathroom when we paid more for private one 4. Shower only cold water 5. Only a single duvet for double bed 6. Mice droppings in bed and shower, followed by us seeing the mouse in our room. We booked for three nights but were reluctantly refunded for the 2 nights we didn't stay. DO NOT recommend staying here.
